I really do like Chipotle usually but this location seems to always have problems. They seem to always be out of items and have no options for resolving problems. Picked up a To-go order and noticed there were no chips that were ordered. I was told they were out, and i had to call a 1-800 number to fix it. It wasn't until we got home that I also discovered the quac we paid for was also missing. If starbucks messes up your order, they give a gift card on the spot. If you're hungry, go across the street to Angel's. The food is better, cheaper, and a local business.

Always dirty. ALWAYS out of everything. Whether it’s tortillas, steak, chicken, cheese, guacamole, etc. And usually they’re out of everything all at once. Soda machines are usually down and don’t work. Ice machine is always broken. There’s a select few efficient and good employees but most of them have a bad attitude or are insanely slow. But I guess if I worked in this hell hole I would be miserable too.

At 11:45 They had no guacamole or corn couldn't heat up the burrito wrap Tabasco sauces were all empty the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and they're online ordering system apparently was broken and everyone had to reorder waiting inside. what a mess this place needs management. Because I can't leave a review every ti.e I come don't go there rice wasn't cooked this time it's always terrible here.

Walked in around 8 and they had no rice which was very funny. Guy behind the counter was very nice. Made me laugh,will come again

It's quite surprising to see how subpar service has become the norm at this location. I frequent this place primarily because it offers one of the few quick vegetarian options suitable for my girlfriend. Back in my hometown, Chipotle is a staple for me. However, despite purchasing meals for my girlfriend here on a weekly basis, I've found myself avoiding dining here for months. It's rare to find all the ingredients fully stocked, regardless of the time—be it noon, 4 p.m., or 7 p.m.—key items, even something as basic as lettuce, are often missing. Moreover, the quality of food here is arguably the poorest I've experienced across any Chipotle, having previously resulted in food poisoning for my girlfriend. I'd recommend considering alternatives like Crazy Bowls across the street or Panera, among others. Unfortunately, this place has consistently fallen below par without any indication of improvement over the three years I've been visiting this area..

My family loves Chipotle but this location was a disappointment. All the tables were dirty and I had to ask for supplies to clean one myself. There were no napkins, forks or paper towels in the bathroom. When asked for the items they were completely out. They had 1 of the 4 salsas. When we asked if Guac could be provided due to the lack of salsa, they informed us we would be charged.

Literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every single time I’m there they’re out of something that is a necessity to what they offer.. just makes no sense to me what’s so ever as to why if you knowYou need something you just don’t make it ahead of time. I’d give this place -0 stars if I could!

I had a bad experience with my food and rather than make a complaint inside the restaurant and embarress my self I made a complaint form online and chipolte got back to me after about 2 weeks and said so sorry for the bad experience and they supposedly gave me 4 free chicken bowls in my email each separate scan bar to use anytime i wanted. So I was thankful and at the time satisfied until I went to use these free replacement scan bars it was so.embarressing because the cashier tried each scan bar of 4 several times and on her end it showed these scan bars were already used. The cashier called manager meanwhile holding up servers people in line . Bery unhappy with this.Parking: Plenty of parking close to the door

Quite possibly one of the most poorly run businesses’ in the area. Every single time I’ve attempted to get food here in the past several years they are ALWAYS out of something. Half the time it’s chips, one of only a few proteins they offer, tonight it was tortillas at a place known almost exclusively for burritos and quesadillas. It comes as a complete shock to me that they’re not only still open, but have been the same exact way for such an extended period of time.

One of the worst locations. Constantly out of main ingredients, have broken equipment or nonsensical protocols ( I could order a burrito online but not in person.) Id avoid it, but its one of the only fast casual burrito places around.

Out of everything always, absolutely disgusting dining area, the worst managed restaurant I’ve ever stepped foot in for years now. Please somebody get in there and restore it to its former glory.
