I travel specifically to this store because of the customer service that I receive from Carol. She is very pleasant and very helpful. Her attention to detail is amazing. She always remembers my name and knows which products I like when I come into the store. The other day I stopped in and Carol wasn’t there, but Clarissa was. I have to say that Clarissa was excellent as well. The customer service that Carol and Clarissa give is what keeps me as a repeat customer.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE LICENSED PROFESSIONAL AND LIKE TO DEAL WITH RUDE PEOPLE. there is literally NO INFORMATION GIVEN that says that they are only allowed to sell to people who own a salon. On top of driving for 30 minutes to get to the ONLY beauty supply store within a 2 hour drive from me. The employees proceeded to be insanely rude when they realize you're not a "professional" and treat you like you are not welcome in their store. When i asked for help on where i can buy hair dye and processor around here she kicked me out of the store and told me i needed to leave right that minute. Horrible horrible place. Needs to be shut down

They Have the worst customer service, I had no idea they were only open to those with a license. After being there for 30 minutes, struggling looking for an specific product, I decided to ask one of their employees who clearly saw me walk back and forth multiple times. When I asked she just pointed at where I could find the product and did not even move, yet there was another lady there and she walked with her around the store. At that point im feeling really uncomfortable with the way the employee was looking at me, and treated me the way she did, almost felt like she was treating me in such way bc I was speaking spanish to my daughter who was with me. As I’m grabbing my needs to pay she asks if I have a card with them, which I didn’t and had no idea I needed a card to shop at this store. Wasted almost an hour for her to ask me with a really negative attitude to hand everything back to her and for me to leave the store. I WILL NOT COME EVER AGAIN even if it’s open to public. I rather drive 17 Miles to Sally’s Instead of this place. YIKES! If I could gove this 0 stars I would.

I hate coming here because the customer service is always terrible. It's always some older brunette at the front counter that seals my horrible time by giving me a hassle with my membership card.

Long story short I opened up an account, the two employees behind the counter stressed me that I had 24 hours to contact customer service or I would lose my account. I contact customer service and the first thing they say is that they don't do student account anymore it's been over a year. So the two women behind the counter are misinformed, not up-to-date on information, and not up-to-date on policies. There's nothing more unprofessional than going into a location as a first time professional buyer, then come to find out you're disappointed because the professional does not follow the rules and is not up-to-date on the policies. After A conversation with customer service I found out that this company does not provide student account anymore. They only provide professional accounts so that two woman behind the counter took my information had me write it down on a random piece of paper and then acted like they were entering in my information into the computer. Not only did I, but half of my class who has been to this location to fill out student accounts. I think the company needs to keep update with this location and the two employees need to be updated on the policy. Also giving out miss information to another professional is one of the biggest mistakes you could do in the beauty industry. Absolute joke of a business and location. Me and customer service had a good laugh.

For licensed cosmetologists, barbers and nail techs. NOT for the public. Great variety of products. Prices are ok. Helpfu ladies at the counter.

They had what I needed but the lady wasn't wearing a mask when I came in and was kinda argumentative. She didn't know what I was talking about and didn't inform me that I needed a license to shop until after I picked out what I needed.
