They are always behind. I waited for two hours in person for my medication. They also don't represent their hours online. You show up and there's a sign saying closed until 11am Not reliable and rude. They are severely understaffed which makes me feel for them until it's your turn to get helped and they give you attitude

Day 3 of trying to pick up meds. Got to the drive thru at 9AM since for the past two days I have been unable to wait in the outside traffic. A text confirming a script is ready doesn't actually mean it is- or staff can find it. Sending a script to another store May mean you have to keep refilling there. The locations around the area are all severely understaffed and absolutely disorganized. Shocking how awful this was. Severe safety risk.

I get electronic messages that refills are ready for pickup. Get to pharmacy, they say not ready come back half-hour. Drive-thru closed often. Short staffed. Rep states \\\"we're 4 days behind in filling meds\\\"

This CVS is typical of most CVS stores. Good selection of general merchandise, health care sundries, limited selection of grocery items and a pharmacy.

The managers at the CVS on Washington avenue in Kingston see you overwhelmed and are very nice people.. however mask wearing is not enforced enough.. The people at checkout are mostly ruined and impatient.. The pharmacists have made mistakes with my meds

I have horrible experiences here. They either never have my prescription in stock and calling to speak to a pharmacist is nearly impossible and almost comical. I wanted to see how long I would be put on hold and the last time hung up at 2 hours and 13 minutes.
