Need to extend (offer) weekend hours at this location, otherwise this is the BEST CVS location that I have ever dealt with!

CVS MUST hire more pharmacy staff. I waited in line for 40 minutes only to be told that location didn't have the eye drops my son needed and asked if I would like to have them call a nearby CVS. He needed the drops to go to school so I said yes. I left, got in my car, drove to the other location, walked inside, and waited another 10 minutes for eye drops. I have no issues with your staff, they are always great. I have issues with CVS not having enough staff to properly run the pharmacies in a timely manner. CVS is playing a dangerous game of life or death. A rushed, over worked, and understaffed pharmacy could very easily and accidently kill somebody by making a \"small\" error. If you can't find people because people aren't applying, offer better incentives to encourage applicants to apply. We are in a covid increase and it's insane to have sick people standing in proximity to each other waiting for medicine. Also, the computer should know at the time of drop off if a medication is in stock. It shouldn't have taken hours to find out on my own. Since CVS isn't hiring enough people to care for their customers I will help the few staff you do have by taking my business elsewhere.

This CVS is typical of most CVS stores. Good selection of general merchandise, health care sundries, limited selection of grocery items and a pharmacy.

The managers at the CVS on Washington avenue in Kingston see you overwhelmed and are very nice people.. however mask wearing is not enforced enough.. The people at checkout are mostly ruined and impatient.. The pharmacists have made mistakes with my meds

I have horrible experiences here. They either never have my prescription in stock and calling to speak to a pharmacist is nearly impossible and almost comical. I wanted to see how long I would be put on hold and the last time hung up at 2 hours and 13 minutes.

My husband and I made appointments for flu shots on a Tuesday for the following Saturday. We showed up for our appointments only to be told there were no flu shots left - the customers ahead of us in line (walk-ins with no appointments) go the last flu shots they had. I was told even if you make an appointment for a flu shot with CVS they still give them out on a first come first serve basis and do not guarantee your appointment. Nowhere on the online appointment scheduling does it say this. Nor was it mentioned in any of the appointment confirmation emails or texts I received.

Doesn't have efficient customer service@ pharmacy compared to Walmart, Publix, & Walgreens. I specifically asked for 4 scripts to be transferred and get in touch w/ my Doctors office by 2 pm definitely before 3 because they close early on Friday. Only got 2 if the 4, had 2 go w/ no meds all weekend. They showed no concern, no apology, nor offered to try get in touch Dr. since they screwed up! to pick up scripts. Was traveling for brothers funeral& they were no help.

The front end crew will often lie about the Money Order service being out-of-service due to laziness and not wanting to be bothered with this transaction. My advice...go to Hannaford where your business is welcomed!!

Although I've been coming here off and on, on today's journey inside (by myself), I wanted a few things I knew I could get at most CVS's. Although I couldn't find a Poland Spring spring water jug (in the cooler), they had the next best thing as well as what I believed to be a store brand (Ice Canyon). I also came in here for a book of stamps along with a pack of Wrigley's Extra Spearmint gum which I'll cherish for a little while as I ride along on my Uber rides (I'm an Uber driver, and I need something to keep me going as I move from place to place.) As far as the rest of the experience goes: the checkout was rather simple, and although I can never (for the life of me) remember that when you have the company look up your ExtraCare card number it sends it to the email provided, things moved rather smoothly. Prices were okay, though I do think you are overcharging for your books of stamps. Not too sure on that, but the last I knew a book of stamps was a little in the $9 range, prices went down for postage stamps, yet this book today was $10 alone. I'm not happy, and would probably be better off buying these elsewhere.
