This office is unresponsive and unprofessional. Consistently has staffing issues. They were really good in the beginning, the last few years I've had nothing but horrible experiences. Anytime I tried to pay my bill over the phone or make policy changes it was a hassel. I'd leave messages and call all day with no response. I am beyond frustrated over this particular office. Diane Williams step it up. I honestly don't know how this office still has clients. I have since terminated my policy and will encourage any family or friends to do the same with this office. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. If I didn't have to give them one star in order to post, they'd get no stars at all.

I got a Business insurance with Stacy and she was excellent, helpful and always patient with my questions. She also was very knowledgeable with our type of business, which made everything smoother and easier.

I've called State Farm a number of times recently as I help my elderly parents.
If I need to leave a message, I always get a call back. The staff has made it very easy for me as I need to make changes.
Today I had an excellent experience working with Jay. He not only confirmed I had successfully canceled my parents auto insurance for them, he also informed me how that impacts their overall coverage. He gave me options to consider, to make sure they continue to be protected.
My parents have been with this agency for many years. They speak highly of the staff. I agree!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this team since insuring with them in 2023. Kelly saved me a lot of difficulty at the DMV just this week by proactively following up with me to make sure I had insurance activated for a new vehicle. I got my temp card just in time, so I did not have to make another appointment. Above and beyond! Thanks again

Worst experience ever. Second accident not caused by me and I have to do all the work to get what’s owed to me. This company is as useful as grease on a rope and treats war veterans like their issues don’t matter. I have to send info to opposing company while I sat in her office yesterday and a receptionist told me the other insurance company is fighting the police report and Diane sat in her office and did nothing till I yelled at the opposing company and she told me what was covered but did nothing to help my situation. I still have to send photos and info to opposite company to get what’s owed to me from their client. And yes Diane personal injury has nothing to do with providing the other agency info on the accident site and photos. Me not my wife nor personal injury lawyer should have to deal with what’s owed from insurance And yes I get it I do not have renters but doesn’t mean you couldn’t contact him instead of me providing info on the accident who’s at fault. Thank you again I know what’s covered but you did nothing to advocate for me all you told me what’s covered. Thanks for the added stress of my process. And you can not tell me anything I said is untrue. Got my rental from Allstate. He was more helpful after I provided the info
