“It is a little scary and takes a lot of faith to hand someone your iPhone, password, and pin, but it is because of the longevity of the business and all the reviews here that I had that faith, and they did not let me down. My issue was my camera in my 13pro was no longer recognizing my face, and since I had Apple’s crazy anti-theft feature on, I was really hamstrung in what I could do with the phone- including turning Face ID off, changing my passcode, banking stuff, even complete reset seemed impossible without the Face ID! But they did it! So the FaceID is not fixed, but we created a satisfactory workaround because now it doesn’t try to read my face anymore and I can do all the things. In short, they extended the usefulness of my phone for a while longer until I feel like upgrading. Worth the time (a few hours) and money ($160ish).”
