“My sister and I met Drew at this home office yesterday. I had reached out to him via email prior, to order two items, and he was extremely prompt in his response and special ordered our items right away. We did not know what to expect when we went to pick them up, especially considering we are two women who know very little about guns. I had been treated dismissively and condescendingly in the past at a gun store in VT, so I went in with that unfortunate experience in the back of my head. Drew could not have been more patient, welcoming, and respectful. We filled out our applications and he completed the background checks. We browsed around a little and he never pushed any of his other merchandise on us. Once the background checks were finished, Drew went over our purchases in great detail. He answered all our questions and provided us with recommendations for other professionals in the area who would help us get the most out of our purchases. Overall, we had an extremely positive experience with Drew. He is knowledgeable, personable, and has great stories to tell from his extensive experience.
