Hair By Carolina is a wonderful salon with a fantastic stylist. Carolina is a hair guru and a bright light, providing amazing cuts and color with great attention to detail and care. She is very easy going and great to talk to. Clients highly recommend her and can't wait to go back to try something new. It is a great place to go for some TLC.
