Worst customer service ever! Wasn't greeted and when I asked an employee a question I had to say "excuse me" twice and then she replied with a "what"? Even if you had the items I was looking for I honestly probably would not have bought them after the rude way I was treated. Upper management may want to do some retraining so their employees know what good customer service is.

Trash people working there for paid staff over $2000 employer say credit card or check but not working well to paid each employeer ask diferent problems not buddy help ( please removed all employees in and bring new good people) $17 in hs for people working now is to much paid $8

Kiera was super nice and friendly but sadly her managers sat in the office behind the two way mirror watching her struggle with a line of 20 customers.
Please someone at harbor freight corporate read this and do something about it. 3:14 pm 9/14/24 watch the video the two managers are worthless employees.
Kiera should not work by herself.

I am a member and being so I get special deals. I find that most of the tools I have purchased are decent quality but at a reasonably reduced price. I would recommend becoming a member.

Huge selection, clean store, and super friendly staff! Don't like the turnstile gate when you walk in, which makes you feel like a criminal. I dont think bigger people or wheelchairs can enter. Other than that, no complaints. Would of given 5 stars if the turnstile wasn't there.

Went to Harbor Freight Today picked up a band saw and sanding belts. But was looking for a Stationary Belt sander. They had no stock. We'll there's next week.
