Kundalini yoga is a wonderful but odd blend of exercise and meditation. Hari Prakaash is a marvelous teacher, funny, gentle, yet wise and wonderful! If you'd been thinking you needed to add meditation to your life (i had) then do yourself a favor (i did!) and try a class with Hari Prakaash. She is currently teaching at Mudita on Fair St in Kingston.
