Won't shop here anymore. Lowes is so much better. No one will help you in the store. I never got my refund for a cooktop I bought there. Still waiting for the outcome. Don't have horrible customer service.

Needed a new washer ASAP! Went to Home Depot in Kingston and met salesman Chuck! What a great guy! Helped us out and was able to get us a new washer with no issues. It’s always hard when you have to spend hundreds of dollars when you didn’t plan on it but Chuck made the whole process and comfortable. Too bad for Home Depot that he’s retiring. Again, what a cool and great guy!

Doesn’t accept Apple Pay or tap to pay credit cards. I won’t be shopping here again. Get your #%& together Home Depot. It’s 2024. Not 1994.

75% of the time if not more I have an issue in this specific location. Incorrect price signs are up, Items don't scan correctly etc. Tonight I went in and saw multiple electronic keypads that were all on clearance with pick tickets to bring to the front for product locked in a case. I waited for probably 10 minutes for 2 people to look for the item which then one had to go to another section to find. After I get the item we scan it and as good honest people we say excuse me it rang for 0.01 that can not be right the sign is over there. They then took it to the service desk to ask another associate and immediately came back and removed it from order and said oh yeah unfortunately we can't sell it that's what the girl said and proceeded to walk away. It is not my fault that it has clearance so far out that it rang at a penny but I have been in retail long enough to know that it could have still been sold. Time to start shopping elsewhere

Waiting for curbside pickup twice here for over one hour each. The only way to get your stiff is to go in.

The woman working at customer service was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We didn't interact with anyone else in the store. If you've been to one big-box chain like this you've been to them all. Nothing special, except for this employee.

Solid Home Depot. Came to pick up an online order and it went smooth. The most entertaining thing was the lady helping getting mad about how the pickup items were stacked. So exciting.

My question to HD is why do you offer curbside if you can't follow through on it???? I followed all prompts wait and realize after 15 nobody is showing upGo inside and there's just kids at service deskActing like they haven't been trained in customer service at all ,fooling around..Shout out to female employees who always are first to offer assistanceDude was working right where I was looking for something and wouldn't even lift a finger to offer help which is typical
