Took my 22’ Civic Si in for service to Lia Honda of Kingston. Dennis Raskin was my service advisor. Typically I do my own maintenance however with it being colder than the arctic tundra I decided to take it into the dealer. While I’ve had amazing experiences at this dealer before, this was among the best. Dennis was professional and knowledgeable about the car and the work that I had requested to be done. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I parked over a high curb and as I backed up the protective plastic panel underneath (behind the front bumper) got caught on the curb. The panel securing clips popped off. I considered trying to fix it myself but there was an upcoming snowstorm. I called Lia Honda, spoke to Charles in Customer Service, and he scheduled a convenient appointment for me; putting my mind at ease.Frank Hernandez, Lia Service Advisor, listened to my concerns, provided me with solutions, and kept me informed throughout my service appointment. Again, putting my mind at ease. The team did an amazing job repairing my Accord!I bought my Honda Accord while living in Massachusetts. I relocated to NY a year ago and have been extremely satisfied with Lia Honda's Service Teams. For this emergency repair I give Charles and Frank Hernandez 5-Star ratings for their knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. They were amazing and I also consider Lia Honda's entire organization to be amazing! I highly recommend Lia Honda in Kingston, NY!

I've been taking my Civic to the service center since they were at the old location, and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone there knows how to treat customers. Mark is always super helpful and friendly, lets me know if there's anything that's really necessary since I don't drive the car that much, and I never feel like I'm getting ripped off. One of the main reasons we plan to get another Honda when we can afford it (besides reliability of course) is because of the great service there!
