I had bought a brand new 2025 Kia k4 and got in an accident a week later.11k worth of damage. Kingston collision was very empathetic and did their best to help me out, keep me updated every step of the way and their tecs worked great and fixed my car in a timely manner. All factory parts, and looks brand new!

I had a wonderful experience with them, which is a blessing when your mind can be elsewhere given the fact that you have to be at a body shop.
One beautiful surprise I found out was that they’re a small family business. It’s what we should all strive to support. The family feel, headed by Lisa, made everything more easy, more responsive, more friendly… no checking in with a call center. You’re talking to someone who is also emotionally invested in the health of your vehicle.
I hope I never have to use them again but if I do have to come back to a body shop it will be here.

Every time I stop or call for something to be done with my car they can't do it . For some reason. I go by their web site for all the things they service. The woman at the desk is rude . Wanted my car detailed & tint removal on rear windshield. They can't do it . They need to take that stuff off their web site. I won't be wasting my time with them anymore.

They are meticulous & skilled. My car looked new after the repair & body work were complete.

Exceptional service. Another company said the car was totaled but we got a second opinion from Kingston collision and they were able to do the repairs and keep it from being a total loss. They were compassionate and understanding AND they did incredible work within the predicted timeframe. The car looks as if the deer never hit it. They keep their promises and are people of integrity. We will never go anywhere else!
