We had a possible fumes/odor issue with our furnace. Gerard arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. While no leaks were found, he made several suggestions which we intend to follow up on including possibly replacing an older oil tank. We appreciated his expertise and suggestions.

100% excellent-- never missed an oil delivery, but most importantly service requests are dispatched quickly and expert techs have always completed maintenance and repairs when needed with great attitude and zero problems. annual service plan is a gem and terrific value. highly recommended!

Just had my yearly service on my furnace and Sonny the tech did a wonderful job and made sure all draft was properly sealed and changed a new nozzle that was not working the way it should. Excellent work thank you.

We were surprised and disappointed at KHE HOP's failure to provide emergency services. My business partner were on the phone and on emails with their sales rep, and we signed up for oil service at Kingston house we are renovating. Just a few days after starting the service, the boiler suddenly stopped working. Since the temperature was expected to go down to 20 degrees that night, losing all heat and having the pipes freeze was a real possibility. My partner was on site and called HOP immediately. I was at work and not able to take calls until my shift ended. HOP staff told her that only I, as the person who signed up for the account, was able to request emergency services. Apparently, even though the salesperson who had been in all the conversations with both of us was next to them in the office, they were unable to override their protocol. (Who else would request an emergency service call for a property beside an owner or manager?) Kosco Heritage / HOP Energy failed to live up to its claims. We terminated our service immediately. You should shop around!

My furnace quit yesterday and I called at 3pm, spoke to Debbie and she was excellent! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks Debbie! She sent a tech and he was here by 3.30! His name was Linnell and he was excellent as well! Professional and friendly! Had my burner running in 45 mins! Wow! Needed a new motor. He put one in and its working great! Thanks to both these wonderful people and all at Kosco! Thank you! Great company!

Been a customer for more than 30 years. Have installed 3 oil furnaces and one tank with Kosco over that time. Always enjoyed Kosco employees, from the field technicians to the ladies on the phone and in the office, had a few hiccups along the way, but I've relied, and continue to rely on Kosco, Hop or whatever they'll be called in the future, to keep me and my tenants safe and warm.

i recently spoke with Kaitlin ( not sure if that’s how she spells her name ) . she helped me with a pricing plan. she was knowledgeable and lovely to speak with. she was very patient as she helped me review my usage history for the past few seasons. a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars !
