They do make getting the test results easier to obtain than going through Optum. But, it doesn't matter if you make an appointment for bloodworm or not, because one still has to wait a long time. Nor doe it matter if the patient is elderly either. That in itself doesn't seem right.

Walked in for my 3pm appointment and was sorry to see a whole waiting room full of people. Apparently there were many "walk-ins". So I did my automated check-in at the kiosk and then took a seat expecting a long wait. Well I was very pleasantly surprised to only be sitting for a few minutes when I was called. Obviously my appointment took precedence over all of the walk-ins. Also my tech who drew blood was very friendly and professional, but most importantly - PAINLESS. 5 Stars all around.

Had a 12:45 appointment and got there about 20 minutes early to check in. They ended up taking me back 15 minutes early and check-in process was made easy by the use of kiosks.The lab technician who drew my blood, Misha, was soooo sweet and had excellent bedside manner. I told her I was nervous to get my blood drawn and she made the whole process quick and painless. Highly recommend her!

I am writing for 2 other ladies that have been using Lab Corp. The Saugerties office on West Bridge St is wonderful. The Lab Corp in Kingston on Washington Ave is very undesirable. It wasn't just one occasion, but 4 different times with my mom. Two different times with a close friend, both ladies in their mid 80's. With my mom, all 4 times we waited for more than 1 1/2 hours. 3 times, after waiting that long, the rude person at the front desk claimed they didn't have the standing order for her PT INR. I personally handed them the order. Went back after a week and was told they never got the script. I called the Dr who then faxed the order with the standing order for blood work any time during the 6 month period. The woman then claimed it was written wrong by Dr. which it wasn't. Went back the 3rd week and same routine after waiting almost 2 hours. Never was able to get blood work done there as the script kept mysteriously disappearing. Went to Saugerties Lab Corp and SURPRISE, they pulled it up in 30 seconds. The nurse drawing blood and checking us in the Saugerties office was wonderful. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. I'll never go back to the Kingston Lab Corp with my mom again. The woman behind the desk was rude. Not just with me, but talked down to other Seniors in the Lab. Many Seniors don't know how to log in on the computer screen there, and the crank behind the desk never offered to help. She spoke so rudely to these people. Never a good experience in that office. It wasn't just me, others waiting had the same opinion. Quite a few of us would have eye contact and the look of disgust. I felt bad for the people being demeaned by one rude woman.

Horrible experience. If I have an appointment at 2:00p I expect it to be honored. I don’t want to hear you’re behind schedule because of walk-ins. Prioritize the appointments better. I had to leave because I’m on lunch. I was told MAYBE another half an hour. That is not acceptable ?If I were late to an appointment after 15 minutes I would have my appointment cancelled. Do better

I wanted to make an appointment from this place. The lady who answered my call hang-up on me she did not even let me finish what I was saying. I dont have to see how they treat people in person. If they could treat me this way over the phone, she answered like she wanted to argue or was arguing with someone. From my experience and some of the reviews I read, the owner needs to update some of his employees. Patients deserve better than that.

My son's girlfriend had an appointment scheduled for a 10am Saturday 1/7/23 appointment today. His girlfriend gets a message left on her phone at 8:20am this morning, 1/7/23 that her appointment time is too late and to come in earlier. So when they try to call the office the voice recording at the office says that the office is closed. They had this appointment rescheduled already, scheduled it through the online scheduling service days before and literally the day of the appointment are left this message to come in earlier and to call them back. But you can't speak to anyone when you call the office because the office is closed M-F, yet they were able to choose Saturday through the online scheduling. What the hell is going on? This is terrible communication and service with this office!! This was a very important test that needed to be completed. Why did it take the day of to call the patient instead of days prior to the scheduled date to get the test done earlier? Why tell the patient to call back the number to not being able to communicate with anyone when calling the number left on the voice-mail? Explain yourself...

I had an 8 o’clock appointment, checked in at 7:40 from my phone. Received a text not even a minute later that the technician was ready. The lady at the desk was friendly, keyed in all the tests and sent me to the room. The technician Angel was absolutely fabulous, she was friendly and talked to me through the whole visit. I walked out of there 10 minutes before my appointment time. Needless to say, it was a great visit!

I have waited over an hour even though I have scheduled an appointment ahead of time. And I’m still waiting! I wouldn’t mind as much but I have been fasting forever and it’s past noon at this point and I still haven’t been seen. This location is an embarrassment for Labcorp. Did I mention… unfriendly staff greeting you? Anxious and terse. Yay, some experience, huh?

Easy same-day appointment. Got in quick. The phlebotomist made good small talk to distract me. It didn't hurt too bad. What more could you ask for?

The staff here is so incredibly kind and patient. I had blood taken today and was extremely nervous and not only did the women exercise extreme patience with ease and grace, they also did a great job taking my blood and stood with me after to be sure I was feeling alright. They seemed to genuinely care about my well-being . I felt safe and cared for and that is worth all of the stars that could be given.
