Glad to have a Marshall's in the Kingston area - usually clean, sometimes could be better, but with how many people shop here I guess that is to be expected. Beware in the beauty section I have noticed more and more opened bottles/packaging/plastic seals on seemingly brand new products of ALL types... definitely check things before you buy (or you may accidentally buy broken/partially full items like I have)!!!
This location used to be a lot worse with the time spent standing in line to check out but seems like they have improved A LOT since last year. Many more associates working the registers, and can find what I want and get in and out quick most times I visit now.

The doors are always broken and there’s a dude there with a pony tail and glasses who does not bathe and makes the entire store smell horrible, hes also rude and nasty up front to people at the registers. Tell him to bathe and be nicer.

Great store to shop because of the variety of unique and different products at reasonable prices. I didn’t give this store a “5” star rating because the restrooms in this store are awful. It appears that the management fails to follow up on the cleanliness of the restrooms. The odor and cleanliness in both male and female rooms was totally unacceptable and disgusting. This is very disappointing for a large store.

I am disappointed to report an incident of discrimination my daughter and I encountered at the Marshalls store in the Kings Mall, Kingston, NY on January 9th around 4:30PM.Upon entering and again when leaving, I noticed employees watching us. I initially brushed it off and returned to purchase rain boots for my daughter since it was snowing.The employee who assisted us made no effort to provide good customer service. She avoided looking at or engaging with us and did not offer any assistance. Her body language and lack of service made it clear we were not welcome.Discrimination has no place in any retail environment. All customers should feel welcomed and receive equal service. I am filing complaints with Marshalls corporate, the BBB, and fair business agencies. Shoppers should be aware of the racist behavior at this location.P.S: I would give it a -10 for the treatment that I have endured, but it won’t allow me to put 1
