“We haven't shopped for mattresses for many years and so we did our research on-line then went to The Mattress Firm fully anticipating that it would be the first of several stops. The store was really busy when we got there but after a short time we started working with Sam. We found him to be very knowledgeable and he really listened to what we were looking for. We thought we were most interested in a mattress by Dream Cloud and he explained the various features of several models and also encouraged us to consider and try out other brands, which we did. In the end, we stuck with Dream Cloud. Delivery is set for a couple days from now and the whole process has been totally seamless. Largely due to our experience at your store with your salesman Sam, we are now a fan of the Mattress Firm and will be recommending your store to friends and family.”

Plus i picked out weekday i wanted and it was delivered the very next afternoon..... with no delivery charge.
