Purchased a frame from them and had them frame a canvas print..they did a terrible job..print was wavy..brought it back only to have the same thing happen..I was uncomfortable dealing with that department..not very professional..I spoke to the store manager..she was very nice and apparently had an influence on my issue...picked up print for the third time and it was perfect..I would not recommend them for framing

I love taking a lot of pictures and most my pictures. I give away as gifts for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, weddings, etc. So in order for me to do that at a reasonable price, I enjoy going to Michaels because they got a big selection. A beautiful frames. Decent prices and a great sale. So if you get a chance try it and also customer service is superb. They take their time out. Willing to help you and never in a rush to help you define things

We all know Michael's is almost the home for some painting supplies, needlework tools, seasonal items, faux branches, picture frames, ribbons- which I've gotten plenty of, scrapbooking- you name it, these folks have almost any crafty item imaginable. And as a result of that, Michael's has been a one-stop shop for such things when I want to do something at home or work. The Sunday I came to this Kingston, NY location at Kings Mall, I picked up a glass+black frame for a deckle edge art piece my daughter had gotten hubs. The layout here is bigger than most Michael's I've been to, prices of course, are reasonable and I can use my educator's discount on top of what I buy.
