Doctor and staff are fine, Inability to reach office by phone, or talk to staff by phone. Feels like assembly line medicine. kiosk to sign in is very impersonal, it asks for your ss# with people behind you looking over you shoulder.

Would give zero if I could. Am in extreme pain and have a prescription for a xray. Called and was told if I got here before 3:30 I’d be seen. Arrived at 3:10 and they denied us even being seen after telling us different maybe 15 minutes prior.

Must check in with computer, that never seems to work. Everyone touching same screen and no hand sanitizer. Please do better.
