The Dr's are great in the practice and that is why I gave one star. However, they have no idea what is going on with the scheduling department and front desk staff. My mother is a patient and drives 45 minutes to the Kingston location only to be told twice now she has no appointment. She is in pain and needs these appointments. Then to be rudely talked to is unacceptable. You are dealing with patients who are in pain and coming to you for help. Alittle compassion isn't too much to ask for. I am looking for another Orthopedic closer to her home. The fact that you have amazing Dr's does not give you the right to just be rude and unaccountable.

Doctor and staff are fine, Inability to reach office by phone, or talk to staff by phone. Feels like assembly line medicine. kiosk to sign in is very impersonal, it asks for your ss# with people behind you looking over you shoulder.

I was seem this morning for a back injury. The PA prescribed 3 medications and I have been at the pharmacy waiting for 3 and a half hours. I called twice and even left an email message. I am in severe pain. It should not take this long to send prescriptions to the pharmacy. I can't even leave and come back because I live 40 minutes away. This is really unacceptable.

Would give zero if I could. Am in extreme pain and have a prescription for a xray. Called and was told if I got here before 3:30 I’d be seen. Arrived at 3:10 and they denied us even being seen after telling us different maybe 15 minutes prior.

Yesterday I drove 2 hrs to my appointment only to be rudely told it had been cancelled, Judith Berger was no longer with the practice. They had never called to let me know ahead of time.

Ignores surgical patients with valid medical questions and concerns both pre and post surgery. They sure do send out the bills promptly, but they never once checked in after surgery. What if there is a serious medical complication? They hand you a sheet of numbers to call if you have any post-surgical issues, then completely ignore you whenever you try to call. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

The orthopedic office in Kingston is just horrible. It took me 5wks to get an appointment for my shoulder and they call me the day before the appointment to cancel it due to a $20.16 bill from 2016 I had no idea I owed told them I would pay when I came to the appointment they said no pay over the phone now or we are cancelling your appointment... Unbelievable billing practice

Absolute nightmare, cruel inhuman treatment! I drove my 93 year old Mother an hour to the Kinston location to get her a cortisone injection as she was in great pain. It was temporally closed, the sign on the door said to go to the Poughkeepsie location, we called ahead and they confirmed they were open. Drove another hour to Poughkeepsie only to be turned away. They claimed although she was in sever pain it wasn't an emergency and she needed an appointment? Huh? We had been to the Kinston location several months earlier for the same injection and it wasn't an issue. Had to drive yet another hour home, mom still in pain. I'm looking into taking legal action against them.

My daughter fractured her ankle and had to be seen. We were told she could not be seen due to a copay balance from 2014 before she could be seen. With that said make sure your co-pays or coinsurance is paid otherwise you're basically screwed and hope it's not life threatening

Poor service, communication and follow through.Doctors don’t really care. It’s a factory.Once again cancelled appointments with no notice.Doctors not getting back and just lacking any concern for patients.The staff knows. They just apologize and acknowledge a problem.Do not use.

Dr. Walsh was absolutely amazing; it is an urgent care so be prepared to wait, bring a snack and some water and ASK WHAT THE WAIT TIME IS WHEN YOU GET THERE!!! Also, if you are there for workers comp, you NEED all of the insurance information AND claim # from your employer or their hands are tied and they cannot see you (but once i had the info i was seen immediately). Very pleasant staff from the receptionist to the RNs to the Dr., extremely thorough and (again through no fault of their own) because I did not have the discs from my previous x-rays at the first urgent care i went to, they did do them again to confirm i had no broken bones, and immediately got me an appointment for physical therapy

Ever since scheduling my surgery, Dr Moyers staff have been absolutely horrible with communication and follow up. Good luck getting an appointment in any realistic time line either. She’s an excellent surgeon but the staff and service at Orthopedic Associates is sub par at bestI also had a fracture with Dr Ristic. Instead of giving me proper OT he just told me to go home and stretch it a bit. Terrible advice! My wrist never healed correctly. Shame on him.

Made an appointment twice w Dr Michelle Moyer and she cancelled twice, first with notification and second WITHOUT.I have a broken wrist and wanted to see a wrist specialist (I saw ortho express the week prior and was immediately recommended surgery - so yeah, want a wrist specialist to give a second opinion). Have my neighbor drive me and then I get there and am told I have no appointment because I saw someone at ortho express.SO SO SO unprofessional to cancel appointments without prior notice. And, of course as noted below, absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone via phone.Really disappointed and honestly angry!
