I stopped in to have my dog's nails trimmed. I tried to make an appointment online, but nail trims are walk-in only. They also have a discount between 2 & 6. I was there at 5:30 and was told they all left because they didn't have any appointments and I should have called. If this is a call-in service, not a walk-in then it should state that online. If the salon is advertised as being open, someone should be there. Very disappointed!

I am giving 4 stars because I was refunded the money for my dogs grooming thanks to Jeff. However, this most recent groom of my dog Gus was the worst. I dropped him off at 10 am and I did not leave with him until 3. I was annoyed and drained after waiting for the groomer to fix him up.
My dog looked so bad that as soon as he was brought out to me the woman saw my face before I could speak and said “ I didn’t groom him!” It was pretty bad. He still looking uneven with his coat. It will grow out but for the time being Gus’s cut looks like a DIY cut. I use Hudson, Glenmont & Kingston petsmart. I’d rate Hudson as my first choice and Kingston as my last.
Thank you for not making me pay $70 for the terrible groom. I hope improvement can be made since this visit

Loved the store. Fast, prompt service. Great prices. Seante was enchante and needs some monogrammed products. Even with buying an aquarium i got to play underdoor fingerchase with one of the wonderful kitties!

We go there to get wheatgrass for our indoor cats, and the quality lately has been poor. The last time, the grass on the shelves was mostly already dead or close to it.

I just left Pet Smart with my dog.If I could give zero stars it would be too much!Marissa is the absolute worst groomer ever!We were told when we made the appt that Bandit would be the only dog as he has anxiety.There were at least six other dogs there! Marissa was rough with him and she didn't even finish his hair cut! If you love your dog please stay away from her!She's a nasty person.

I had questions which were answered by the store representatives. Typically you'll get "I don't know" or a lack of interest. One thing that bothered me was a bone a had bought which was chicken flavored and useful for teething puppies. After re-reading the packaging...I realized that the puppy should not ingest big pieces as that could be toxic ! Why would this be sold in the first place ???

If a card is stored it quickly goes to that without a review of order if there's an error. .they claim items cant be canceled after mere minutes has passed and 2 reps later
Making a fraud claim was my only option
As this would have created problems in my debit account
