“I recently ordered a custom birthday cake for the bakery at Sams. A gentleman baker helped me place my order, took the picture I want on the cake, helped me get it decorated the way I wanted. It came out beautifully, it really made my 7 year old grandson's day. Unfortunately, I did not get this man's name, but he is a great employee who went beyond to help me. “The staff at Nekos were extra kind to me, when I was homeless and in and out of rehabs they were always patient and would ask how I'm doing, made me feel like they really cared. “Most helpful pharmacist and pharmacy techician I have ever dealt with. (One example: I had a reaction to a certain generic medication that I need to take. Despite his being very busy, the pharmacist spent what seemed to be hours fixing the problem for me.) Every interaction with him and his assistant has proven them to be kind, helpful, porofessional and not judgemental. As long as they remain at this location, I will remain a customer.”

“Big turn around here. Was just in here for a few things yesterday that I was replenishing products for both my Uber/Lyft car (tissues) but also some personal care and disinfectant wipes, and although finding all things on my list quickly and easily was a big time plus, having a quick and easy transaction at the registers was definitely one to make this great. I was looking for some name brand stuff for both wipes (One I knew few places carried), having to go with store brand tissues or there about a with Total Home tissues, was definitely and objective I could live with. Still can't give you a five star rating here. I did find the store a bit big- almost as if the store grew in size since the last time I came inside, and not having as much free space near the registers was still a distraction. I almost got run over at the registers by finished customers walking out because the signs mention the direction of travel walking with no mention of what side to approach from. There's little space in the walkway path and navigating this walkway is tougher especially with people who don't come into this store often (something I don't do, even with Uber riders who frequent this place more than I.)”
