“I will give them four stars based on their helping me get an rx that I was unable to get from my designated pharmacy. I took one star off for the rudeness of the cashier (despite my being very plesant toward her.)That being said, I cannot help but wonder if businesses bother to read their Google reviews (because they really should.) Customer service has taken a complete nosedive across the board, and it is not acceptable. Employees who are consistently rude to consumers should be reprimanded and, if they continue with bad behaviors, they should be fired. How can people support the only privately-owned and operated pharmacy in Kingston if the cashier and nurse are behaving in the manner repeatedly cited in these comments?People coming to a pharmacy are more than likely already dealing with at least one health-related problem ...why make their day even worse by disrespecting them?I do not understand this rudeness, especially toward people who are, in essence, paying their wages by patronizing the business where they work.”

“idk, just a regular grocery store but i really like it. dece selection of organic food. rotisserie chicken, dog food, beer, local dairy, sushi, deli, bread alone. it serves my needs and the people working there are really nice and friendly to me, a lowly weekender, and my kid who sometimes steals bananas. two thumbs up.”

“The pharmacy area behind the counter is pretty large, which I'm guessing was the result of an overall expansion/revision to this Hannaford some time ago. Unfortunately, the waiting area probably wasn't expanded enough to go along with it. They typically have 3, maybe 4 chairs in that area, but lately, with all the vaccinations and boosters taking place, they pulled in additional folding chairs set up anywhere possible. Instead of a consultation/vaccination area, they put a screen up behind one of the chairs. Nevertheless, it is still a good pharmacy to visit. They have several counters at which you can pick up or pay. And while the pharmacists I've encountered at other Hannafords over the past 2 years have come across as stressed and overworked, the staff here did not come across that way. They were friendly and professional and working with them was very easy.”

“Very friendly staff. The lady administering the vaccine was so nice and answered all of my questions. They make you feel at ease - would highly recommend especially if you’re a bit nervous about getting your shot!”

“Most helpful pharmacist and pharmacy techician I have ever dealt with. (One example: I had a reaction to a certain generic medication that I need to take. Despite his being very busy, the pharmacist spent what seemed to be hours fixing the problem for me.) Every interaction with him and his assistant has proven them to be kind, helpful, porofessional and not judgemental. As long as they remain at this location, I will remain a customer.”

“I waited til the last minute......needed flu shot for my job. They were able to take me right in, and were so nice, like super sweet and I had the pleasure of meeting 4 employees in the department and were all so nice. Took time with the paperwork asked all the questions they needed and didn't rush at all. I know its crazy and short in health dept. Thanks for taking your time with me and being so nice.”

“There’s a younger pharmacy technician who is always running around and eager to help with such a friendly attitude. She balances the counter and drive thru so well. And she always goes above and beyond to get any answer she can give me.”

“During Covid, my definite go to place. Huge open isles, lots of space, high ceilings, and a great selection of fresh meat, fruit, vegetables, and other things I seek. I feel safer here than in any supermarket, and the staff and check out people are so friendly.”

“Although I've been coming here off and on, on today's journey inside (by myself), I wanted a few things I knew I could get at most CVS's. Although I couldn't find a Poland Spring spring water jug (in the cooler), they had the next best thing as well as what I believed to be a store brand (Ice Canyon). I also came in here for a book of stamps along with a pack of Wrigley's Extra Spearmint gum which I'll cherish for a little while as I ride along on my Uber rides (I'm an Uber driver, and I need something to keep me going as I move from place to place.) As far as the rest of the experience goes: the checkout was rather simple, and although I can never (for the life of me) remember that when you have the company look up your ExtraCare card number it sends it to the email provided, things moved rather smoothly. Prices were okay, though I do think you are overcharging for your books of stamps. Not too sure on that, but the last I knew a book of stamps was a little in the $9 range, prices went down for postage stamps, yet this book today was $10 alone. I'm not happy, and would probably be better off buying these elsewhere.”

“Ms. Bonnie is fantastic! She knows the in’s and out’s of how best to use walgreens cash or register rewards for a transaction to help save you the most so you spend less. The entire team at his location are friendly, courteous, helpful, and just downright nice. Love shopping at this store!”

“Can’t speak to other people’s experience, but legit the store was really nice and tidy, in a convenient location, and on a really wild, busy Friday like today, the pharmacy staff were working so hard to accommodate everyone, I didn’t see anyone there not *doing* something. In addition, they were just very sweet and genuine.I was able to have my prescription successfully transferred from another store the same day and ready to go at an earlier date than I could have reasonably hoped for.For now, just gotta plan ahead if you can and go with the flow because people are just trying to do their best in life with what they’ve got, as I seriously highly doubt the folk working there deliberately hatched a plot to make everyone else’s life worse and inefficient. If it goes easier for the workers, it stands to reason it goes easier for the customers and vice versa.(If you’ve noticed changes in service recently, perhaps the issue stems from a common one that I’ve frustratingly encountered at times, and that is at an organizational level).”

“I went to CVS today. They were crazy busy as usual. A big line, people waiting impatiently. The staff was working extra hard to take care of everyone as quickly as possible. They were always pleasant and polite and kind while they were dealing with everyone. Mostly I was happy to see Jeremy the pharmacist working in the back. I remember him in Woodstock when my boys were small. He was always so helpful! Today, as busy as they were, he would come up to the front and explain medication and give information. Then he would go back to what he was working on. He offered help without having to ask. He offered support to people working around him, helping them when needed. He goes out of his way for everyone. I have never encountered a pharmacist like him anywhere. Ever. I didn’t get to tell him but I was so happy to see him. I’m not sure if he is staying at this store, but I hope so”
