The employees are so kind and considerate. Always ready to assist in any way that is needed. Very helpful in finding information about various questions. Recently I was at a a different bank w Different name of course and when I asked questions I was treated as if I were ignorant and the woman was cold and not kind at all. I have Never experienced that at Rhinebeck Bank on Main St in Kingston, NY.
