There is very little jobs available for these people and me ,my family, and my community need this store for our medications, food and everything in between. Please leave our store open!!

Rite Aid in Kingston, NY was able to fill my prescription for diabetic medication that is very hard to find due to Doctor's freely giving scripts to people for weight loss. Thank you pharmacist for helping me under these circumstances.

Most of the pharmacists are just fine and doing their best. Two of them, however, obviously hate their jobs and therefore anyone who walks up to the counter. God help you if there is any sort of issue with your prescription. I tried to stick it out because they are so close to my house, but over and over I have only ever been treated with something ranging between contempt and disgust by those two. I honestly feel bad for their coworkers. At least I get to leave.

The worst pharmacists, power tripping, awful customer care. They do not care about customers or their real health problems. Do not go there if you can. And all the pharmacists themselves seem tired and very stressed.

There’s a younger pharmacy technician who is always running around and eager to help with such a friendly attitude. She balances the counter and drive thru so well. And she always goes above and beyond to get any answer she can give me.

After four days of trying to get a prescription sent to Florida while on vacation and dealing with the rudeness and unprofessional staff of the pharmacy. I will be changing pharmacies after having been with Rite Aid for many years. It’s very disheartening when you call for help and you’re met with dismissive and argumentative responses.Still no resolve to the issue!!!!

It is literally 50/50 whether I will be able to get meds here every time I come to the pharmacy. Staff is mean. And for some weird reason you are never at the proper register. I also don't understand why they have to shout your medication loud enough for the whole store to hear. Rite aid store workers are nice though.

my prescription was set for delivery snd I was away from home. A Rite Aid worker left various messages without identifying himself. He had a very nasty demeanor when he left a voice message. He then came home to deliver the medicine and didn’t even say hi or good morning.Two days later, I called to inquire about the status of another prescription. The lady who responded was also very unprofessional and with a nasty attitude. At the end of the conversation, I said thank you and she hung up. am taking my business somewhere else.

You treat a child disrespectful!!! You won't fill scripts on time and have shorted me a few times because I have someone else count... Your front end is fabulous but I will never use your pharmacy again and that bottle blonde pharmacist is gonna be nasty to a kid really??? I hope I complain enough and you lose your job because the only time I'm short is when you work never the guy but you tell my kid I'm obviously taking too much lol

My husband and I had our Covid vaccinations done here. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. No lines. No crowds. They took us right on time. The person injecting the vaccine was fast and careful. Hardly felt a thing.

This review is more to let anyone know if you're trying to get a covid test for travel I wouldn't get one here right now. I got my test on Sunday for my flight today and I still have not received my results. Thankfully I got a test at Walgreens on Monday as a back up that came in last night!The experience of getting the covid test here was good though and back in September I got a covid test on Labor Day and received results the next morning. I'm sure delays are due to holidays and omicron but just wanted to give others the heads up so they don't end up in a situation where their covid test didn't arrive in time!

Covid testing here is now totally useless if needed for travel. It's now 5 days and still no result. A test result older than 72 hrs is invalid.
