People are welcome to come and make their judgments just as I did. My original post even had 2 stars. Gotta love freedom of speech.
After looking at other reviews it’s incredible that the owner remembers every name and face that’s ever walked through their door.

Mr. Ruger and is a very knowledgeable person. One thing I've noticed about him is his patience with new customers. Takes his time to educate you on any questions you might have. Never rushes you or anyone else even if there's a few people waiting in line for him. He'll give you 100% of his attention.
The store itself has a lot in stock everytime I've visited. His stock also looks to have a quick turnaround.
I see that he's got some reviews that were uncalled for just because of some of his signage in his store or in the windows. Those types of reviews from others and their own personal views do not belong in a review.
He and his wife run a great business together and I'm glad I found them.

You might as well just give the parking spots to the thrift stores next to you because they get way more business than you ever do and your business is honestly just in the way at this point lol

Went to pull in and some lady ran over to my car yelling no no no and said I could go park in the plumbing business parking lot next door. I didn't even say anything, turned around and left. If that's how you treat customers before they even step foot onto the parking lot, then I'm not even bothering to go inside.
Editing to note that this was definitely an employee, I thought she was someone waiting to cross the parking lot, I tried to let her walk past since it was busy but she waived me on so I pulled in, turned around to get a better angle, and was going to pull into a spot but she was running defense apparently.

I can't speak of this stores gun smith work, see other folks comments. However, I won't be going back to this gun store.From the parking lot I was greeted by a Coumo Sucks sign on the window. Inside in the gun cases are trump dollar bills, biden ...stickers with him pointing, like you've seen on gas pumps. I still don't know what any of this is doing in any store. Buying a firearm is serious business. So seeing these things is confusing and a huge distraction. The woman behind the counter was nice enough, but the man was a foul mouthed shit. He cursed endlessly. He complained about everything from the judges to the liberals to the permit system. There are few gun shops in this area, so you are limited on where to go, but that being said, I'll never go back to this store.
