Thank God for Kohl's. I feel like it's the only place you can go in Kingston. I also enjoy shopping online and doing my returns there. The store is always kept very clean and organized. Staff are friendly. One time I was there and they even helped me pick out clothing for a special occasion. Where do you have that kind of service around here? Kohl's has great prices and sales. My only complaint is they keep giving me that Kohl's cash and I have to keep going back to the store spending more money

At Store # 0988 in Kingston, Both Shawn and Michael were very helpful. We found everything we needed and enjoyed the savings at checkout. I would definitely like to come back.

Went in the other day and asked an associate for help with something. She was rude and could care less. I’ll stick with Ulta ?

This by far the crappiest Sephora I have ever stepped into. Better off ordering online or driving to Albany. Half the people don’t even know about the products and will still push recommendations. Without any experience themselves. Very clicky behavior among the female employees also.

Callie in Sephora! Callie was absolutely incredible. As soon as I entered Sephora, she greeted me right away and asked if I needed any help. I needed a lot of help actually, because I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. She took so much time with me and explained everything to me of how to use certain products. She was so knowledgeable and educated in the makeup/beauty industry, which I found astonishing. She was beyond friendly, polite, professional, and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. I left there feeling very confident with the products that she suggested for me, and will only go back to her when I am in need of something in the future. A+++ - this girl deserves a raise.

Avoid this Sephora at all costs. They have only a limited amount of merchandise compared to a REAL Sephora and they don’t accept beauty insider points & don’t take gift cards … bootleg version, might as well go to Ulta.

They opened a new Sephora recently, and the staff is not trained . The manager John was no help at all . The staff seems clueless , and the costumer service is horrible. One of the worst khols I have ever been in and so sadly the Sephora has turned out to be awful. I do not recommend going there until they get trained properly, and asking the manager for help was a waste of time and energy.

My mother, niece, and I went into kohls this evening just to quickly pick up something my mom had seen at the store previously. We went in at 8:30 and were very aware of the time. As soon as we step in the door these employees walk towards each other right next to us and say to each other about the store being closed in 15 minutes. And obviously since they work there I assume they already know what time they close. And it was a half hour until 9 p.m. not 15 minutes. So those comments that were clearly directed at us came off as extremely rude. We did not appreciate the way they said it so boldly and acted as if we were a burden to them. They need to do there jobs and I've worked retail all my life. People came into the grocery stores I worked with less that 5 minutes to go. Those things happen, but I never would disrespect a customer in such a profound and blatant manner! Someone else commented about a disrespectful blonde woman up front and I believe the one that said it was blonde. My mother got what she went in for and was back in the car by 8:45. I looked around for a few more minutes while the workers just so happened to be close by no matter where we went and then I decided to leave. I wouldn't waste my money there, not ever again after all that disrespect! Acting like we weren't good enough to shop there and had to be watched HA! Well my tax refund can just as easily be spent elsewhere and I will make sure I call corporate as well as write as many bad reviews about my experience as I can. It's ridiculous that they only respond to the positive comments. Like correct your staff and train them to treat people with dignity and basic respect! Terrible customer service!!!!!

We went to this Kohl's location while waiting for car to be serviced. Found a jumper that was CLEARLY tagged $7.20 (yellow and red) on the clearance rack. Get to register to be "greeted" by a young girl with a BIG attitude for absolutely no reason. Jumper rings up $21. Ms. Attitude calls her boss Craig over. He proceeds to tell us that HIS staff didn't put that tag on there, as if we did! We work hard and are honest people. $14 isn't something I am desperate for. I called the Manager when I left. It was Craig. He continued raising his voice over me and wouldn't let me get a word in. WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life! Hands down. You lost a customer.

Just before Christmas, I went into this store looking for a specific brand's product that I checked in Walmart for but couldn't find. When I came in, although I found a product (with a barcode) that I took a picture of by the brand and with the features I was looking for (iHome with Qi-wireless charging), when I went to find the price on or near the package, none existed. Pass onto a few days later - a couple days after Christmas - I went back in -hoping the product would still be there. Only that one box was on the shelf, but the outer box was damaged. I had done the research on the product through websites such as Amazon and Walmart in the meantime, but knew I had to take a chance with finding it offline. The product was in one piece and the box was repairable (but damaged). After bringing it up acknowledging the "worst case price", when they told me it was on sale for $20 off, I was shell-shocked and paid lickety-split. But then they decided that this earned me a $10 Kohl's Cash certificate. (Was that to make up for the damaged box issue and the aggravation that would be caused by it?) They told me it was good starting in January (and I never did go back to retrieve something with it), and because I'm boycotting the paper bags, I asked for my receipt and out the door, I went - product in hand - happy I got what I was looking for - on a whim.
