We had a great experience at Sleep and Spas in Kingston. John was knowledgable, easy to work with and accommodating. We have not yet received our hot tub but our experience at the store and with John is top notch. Would highly recommend.

Wow had an amazing experience with John and Eric with their knowledge of beds and adjustable bases. We are so excited to get our new bed and adjustable frames. So nice to have trustworthy salesman’s and to feel heard in my 3 visit and multiple questions answered.

Luxury level experience, store space and customer service.The store is far nicer than any other mattress store I’ve been in, and the owner Eric and manager John are both very attentive and knowledgeable. We got a new King size mattress and Eric worked with his team to get us expedited same day delivery! Our mattress protector didn’t arrive in time, so when we followed up Eric had one sent to us to use so we wouldn’t have to risk anything happening to our new purchase.Unfortunately we made too quick of a decision and got something that didn’t work for us (ended up being too soft) so when I called to see what we could do they agreed to let us exchange it even though we had gotten a floor model which normally can’t be returned or exchanged. We are still waiting for the new mattress which we hope will arrive soon but in the meantime we appreciate the peace of mind knowing we have the new one coming.

Caraline is awesome! She knows her stuff and was a great help with finding the right mattress for us. We feel like we got a great deal. The delivery guys were great too! Knew there stuff and were in and out in 20 minutes or less. Highly recommend sleep and spas!

My wife and I were looking for a replacement mattress for our aging one and went into Sleep and Spas in Kingston for a look. We met Jim and he walked us through each type of mattress they sell, and gave us some valuable advice as well as taking his time with us. We tried out a few mattresses and settled on one we both liked. There was no pressure on the sales front, just solid advice and information so helpful it was key to our decision, and as it happens, ultimate enjoyment. After we settled on the type of bed we wanted, we talked with Jim about a spa. This was a wish list item for us, and something we knew nothing about generally. Thankfully Jim knew as much about hot tubs as he did about the bed selection at the store. We spoke again about what would fit our family best, including operational costs, and overall affordability. As it turned out both the mattress and tub were doable for us so we eventually pulled the trigger and ordered both! We didn't purchase both that day, and there was no pressure to do so. We went home, made a plan, figured out the logistics (hot tub placement etc) and went back to make the purchase. When we made the purchase we met Eric the owner, and he couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. As it turned out our scheduled delivery date had to be changed due to inclement weather, but that didn't stop them from coming through for us. They ended up delivering everything (mattress, frame, and spa) on a Sunday so we were all home. To our surprise Eric, the owner showed up with our delivery, and couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. These guys know what their doing, and treated our house like their own. They went above and beyond for us, and we were assured once again that we made the right choice in where to buy BOTH items. Quality sleep and relaxation are highly underrated, and now we're sleeping better and can look forward to a nice soak at the end of a tough day. Give yourself the opportunity and go visit one of their showrooms, they take customer service to a partnership level and their product lines are top of the line.

Hot tub delivered last week. So far so good. Shout out to Brett who delivered the tub and was very helpful with the setup. Thank you Brian for all your help regarding water chemistry and bringing the chemicals by! Excellent buying experience with this dealer.

Needed a new bed was an understatement! From when I walked in there was no doubt this was where I needed to buy my bed and we couldn’t be happier. Jim knew exactly what we needed to wake up well rested and pain free. He is a godsend!! From placing the order to the delivery the service was impeccable. I highly recommend if you are in need of a bed this is the place to go. And as soon as I can find a place to put it I’ll be back to see Jim for a Spa!

The best mattress shopping experience ever! Jim, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He asked us questions to help us find the right mattress for our needs. Once we decided on one, there was no pressure to buy right then (we had to go home and measure to decide if we wanted just the mattress or include the adjustable base). He clearly explained the features of the mattress to us and helped us finance it for 72 months at No interest! Definitely would recommend!

I stopped in the Kingston Sleep and Spa store to inquire about a Bullfrog A8 Spa. The salesman, Jim, quoted me a price on the unit. I then called the North Greenbush Sleep and Spa store and spoke to Harry in sales. Harry quoted me a price that was $3000.00 less that what Jim quoted me. It was for the same A8 that was in the Kingston showroom. I then went on the Sleep and Spa website which confirmed the exact price that Harry quoted me. I purchased the A8 from the North Greenbush Store and will never step foot in the Kingston store again. Buyer beware! Stay clear of Jim at the Kingston Sleep and Spa Store.
