I am very pleased with Slims Towing Dillion goes over and beyond to help you .. I called today July 3rd 2023 a day before a national holiday and was responded to fast and quick my brother broke down in saugerties Dillion was there within the hour and towed the vehicle to the Toyota dealer in kingston this is the second time using Slims towing & I will use over again .. Needed a tow and they completely failed to keep in touch with an ETA as promised. Lost our plates which resulted in a trip to the DMV and terrible customer service with needing a receipt with a breakdown of charges. Ignores phone calls and will hang up on you rudely.Service: Car towing

My 79 on 44s broke down this morning sheered off two studs on my steering knuckle so I couldn’t turn at all in the downpour and a filled parking lot after looking at the situation had me hooked up and on the truck in about 5 minutes not even!

Had an emergency and these guys were at my car 5 mins after hanging up the phone! Fastest help ever! My roadside assistance was taking too long and the cops demanded I have it towed immediately or they would do it for me. Much cheaper to call these guys! Thank you!

I had an emergency that occurred today when my vehicle developed a flat tire. Then It turned out that my spare couldn't be used. The owner was friendly and provided excellent customer service and helped me feel at ease. Thank you!! I highly recommend them and if I ever have an issue again I will only be calling Slims.

Called Slims Towing to help me get to a repair shop after I got a flat on my motorcycle. The bike fell over on his flatbed tow truck and sustained damage to the left side of the bike. I filed a claim. When my insurance company called Slims, the owner (tow truck driver) totally denied that anything had happened to the motorcycle at all. This person is very dishonest.

On 7/29 American Motorcycle Association called Slims Towing Co. on my behalf because I got a flat tire on my motorcycle. On the way to the repair shop the bike fell on and partially over the flatbed tow truck and caused damage to the left side of the motorcycle. I filed a claim and when my insurance company called the owner (tow truck driver) he denied anything at all happened to my motorcycle. Life lesson learned; make sure to take pics, video, call the police, find any other witnesses that could help and file a claim. Don't ever call Slims Towing for anything; the owner(and tow truck driver) is a very dishonest person.
