absolutely 100% objectified during my intake process, and during my first appointment. they need sensitivity training, and some of their information about diagnoses are very outdated. way too institutionalized and there's no personalization with the care team. gave them a chance twice, never again.

Lala is amazing. Works with clients, has never made a decision in regard to meds without having a fully transparent conversation. Im a client who doesnt mind waiting a bit and am flexible to reschedules and other areas where I can, so my only criticisms are stuff I dont mind. In turn I am consistently amazed at her ability in general, and the kindness she carries with her.Scheduling an appointment is easy. Occassionally your phone call wont be picked up, but try again in a half hour or so they will be there.New patient portal (due to merger or takeover of some sort) is difficult to sign in/navigate, but that also may be because I am used to doing it differently.Overall, if you work with them they will work with you, and if you can get in with Lala def do that.

I recently had some very poor service from this company. They won't tell me who's in charge, who should know what's going on. The care seems pretty good, but administration by staff and doctors is horrible.Plus, their web site is completely false. It shows a nice building in Kingston with hours and a phone number. That office is closed. Calls go to Poughkeepsie. That is false advertising and poor business practice. This was on top of leaving another behavioral health center where I was treated very poorly. Evidently the entire place is run by an office manager, no one will tell me of anyone in management who I could discuss these situations with.

I told them I needed to speak to someone urgently and wanted to make an appointment. They said the earliest they could get me in was 3 weeks from when I called. When I finally spoke to someone, all they did was another intake. I had already done 2 before. I spoke to a counselor prior and a nurse. This counselor said "I would love to speak to you again, feel free to make another appointment", after he did the intake. I was told the counselor I spoke to prior was not taking any more patients, so I had to pay 3 deductibles! I would not recommend this facility to anyone!
