If they say the payment machine is down. Its a lie. They either tell you it does work. Or rush over to stop you from using it. If it's out of paper then it might be a good idea to check it in the morning or at night after closing. That is laziness and a failure at management level. Call them out on this bs. Keep in mind it only takes payment for home accounts not mobile.
People should be forced to be harassed or pressured into listening to their sales pitch just to pay a bill. And just to prove a point that the company does care, they will reply to this with their normal generic reply. And their will be no accountability. Because it all comes from upper management.

Terrible service. Kept dropping in and out for my business. Thank God Archtop fiber arrived and there is finally competition. I switched over to them for higher speeds at a cheaper price. Down with monopolies. Especially the ISPs.

Not a review for the store specifically more so for the company over all. As they’re painfully aware their long monopoly over our area is finally over. They thought they could buy out everyone around them, jack up prices, and provide mediocre service forever. Now they’ve finally been outbid by multiple companies and started sending out door to door salesmen to try to stop the bleeding. I for one won’t be switching back even if I’m offered a better deal. (Which I know I won’t be. Rich people would sooner stop providing a service than take a pay cut for it.) I love my fiber internet and switched to Ooma for my home phone. If you still need cable even with your countless streaming services YouTube tv is also a much better option.

This spectrum store in Kingston ny is beyond ridiculous. Always long lines. Payment kiosk always out of order. Customers are always mad inside. Open the store earlier!!! 10am opening time is ridiculous. Thank God we now have another choice for Internet with the opening of archtop fiber!!! Now that customers have a choice, maybe spectrum customer service will start to improve. However corporate is ignorant and they do not care.... So share holders will eventually learn the hard way. The town of saugerties has recently sought out other service providers because of the high prices! And they pay almost $1,000. A month. Bye bye!! Spectrum sucks!!! They need a public spanking.

The internet sucks now. I pay for 1gig. I’m less than 10 feet from the router. About a year ago I started getting random occurrences where my ping would go up to 5000 steady and all my apps/games would lose connection but wouldn’t disconnect completely rare at first now it’ll happen 3-10 times a night…
Called the support I always get some person in another country “everything looks fine on our side my friend did you trying turning router on and off my friend that will usually fix it my friend”

You should hire faster working attentive people. Walked in at 11am and it’s now 12pm. There was only one person in the store besides me, NOW there’s 11 people waiting. They sit on the computer looking busy but really not doing a thing !! Absolute horrible customer service at this location. DO BETTER. BRYAN was very helpful

Had a good experience with Shannon yesterday. She was very patient while transferring a phone number and adding a new line onto my account. She set up our new phones right on the spot (apps, contacts everything) and I didn’t have to do a thing. Thank you!
