I had a great first time experience with an SNS powder dip manicure and special pedicure with Winnie. She was very thorough and kind and I will definitely be back! I just switched from another nail salon and I definitely like Sunny better. I also think the employees are treated better here than at other Kingston salons. It seems like the customers have more of a relationship with the employees! Everyone was raving about Wendy while I was there, but I’m very happy with Winnie! She did a lovely 10 minute massage too!

Wendy is amazing! She really takes her time with nails and perfects them. I’ve been everywhere in Kingston and this is the best place.

Paid $93 for a gel mani and pedi. I try to go two weeks between getting them done. Never had nails done where the gel is this far from the cuticle. Looks like they were done a week ago. Overpriced and I’ll have to get my nails done again in 1 week. Won’t be back.

i have been going here for years! you don’t ever feel like you’re being judged, everyone is always polite, just recently did the green tea spa with a pedi and it was amazing. intricate designs for nails - major props to Ella! everyone is fantastic overall here :)

they all cracked super fast like all throughout and they shaped them so short on the sides my fingers hurt after for like a week lol. great color options tho

I’m not one to leave a bad review but after today I feel like it’s only right . The first time I came here I loved it so I came back a second time and went in with my mom and sister to get a simple acrylic almond shape nail . As soon as I sat down I could tell she was rushing . She shaped my nails and I had to stop her multiple times bc my nails were completely crooked . I was super nice about it and understanding but instead she was flaring her arms up in the air annoyed , being rude , sighing obnoxiously out loud . She didn’t put a nail primer , she didn’t cut ANY cuticles and I left with all my nails different lengths , looked like I had a week of growth , crooked and bumpy .( for reference I am a licensed cosmetologist so I am very aware what she should be doing ) To top it off I was going to pay, I paid my bill and went to tip the one lady 5 dollars for my pedicure and gave her 3 dollars , which was more than I intended, and she was asking for more and very rude and needy for more money . Super needy for money which was confusing after she had treat me like crap the whole time . Will NOT be coming back here

From the second I walk through the door I was feeling rushed. I had an appointment for myself and my two grown daughters. It was in a big rush. I had to point out multiple times where she didn’t even put any nail polish on my nail I asked for a simple design. She tried three times And my three year old granddaughter my youngest daughter is 20 and went to beauty school So she knows how the procedure should go. The nails were not glued. They were not shaped symmetrical. One was completely twisted and pointing to the left after multiple times of her asking nicely if it could be filed so it’s more even the woman was flailing her arms at her, and then continue to file her very abruptly. all three of us had less than mediocre looking at nails we could’ve done better ourselves then comes to time to pay. We are asking for a tip which we are not unreasonable humans. I gave the woman $15 tip who did a horrendous job on our Alyce for the three of us, she was asking for more money are you kidding me? !!!! We will never set Back in this establishment and I suggest you don’t either we got manicures and pedicures they did not scrub the bottom of my two daughters feet and they did not trim the cuticles on our feet nor our fingers

Terrible manicure today. Co co was rude ..I have gone there for several years ..I always get my nails short and round, she refused to do them short and charged 5.00 extra because she said any "shape" is 5.00 more..WHAT? short and round is 5.00 more? I will NEVER return

I went in for a regular pedicure but honestly couldve done better myself! I was really excited to relax and treat myself but for $30 this was dissapointing.
