Worst dealership ever. Put a $500 deposit with Mike Markota but found a different car to buy and now I have to fight to get my money back. No response through email, text or phone calls. Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

This place is light years ahead of Romeo in every aspect! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROMEO!!! They will lie to your face and rip you off! You can't afford to be pissing away money at the dealership anymore much less on bogus repairs!

I was dismissed when I made a complaint to the service marnager about not being able to speak to an actual person instead of a virtual assistant. The manager did not get out of his chair to come over to the counter until I asked him to. I found this to be impolite. He was annoyed by my complaint and insinuated that it was my problem. Quote " I have so many ways to get in touch I am doing the best I can" If a virtual assistant is the best you can do that is poor customer service.

This place is a joke, year after year.. I bring in my truck for inspection and oil/basic service, since last service I’ve put in 1500 miles on my Tacoma and they are coming up with lists of things that it might need, we are 3 hours into this visit and no answers on when it’s getting done.. management should be ashamed how this operation is ran, if they can’t deliver on their promised 1.5hr-2hrs than they shouldn’t take in so many cars for service.

Got an alignment ($150), then they charged me another $150 diagnostic fee to tell me my vehicle needed $4000 in repairs. I then took it to two other mechanics who both said there was nothing wrong with it. I won’t be getting service or purchasing a vehicle from them in the future.

Incredibly bad customer service. I am normally not one to complain however the manager was rude and did not care at all when I told him I called weekly for 3 months and did not get anyone on the phone. He was insulting and unprofessional. Absolutely no one is helpful at Prestige.Do yourself a favor and find another Toyota dealer.

Skip this dealer. Absolute worst customer service. They only gave me 1 key with my new RAV4 and when I called the manager just now he said, "You need me, I don't need you.". I called for 3 months and only got someone on the phone twice. They told me they could not get the person I needed because they're in a different building. Unbelievable. Go to a different dealer. These people do not deserve your business.

You'd think dealers would try and break the mold regarding their stereotypical ways. Quoted a service price and ended up paying almost double. A "diagnostic charge" is another money grabbing feature. They are probably not the only dealer that does this. Back to my local service station in the future where your vehicle gets fixed for a fair price. If it's not right, they make sure to get it right. I know, business is business and dealers pay a high overhead and prob pay their mechanics well. As an example, you go to a restaurant. The host estimates and hour wait. You get called in half the time. You're happy and grateful. Maybe if service departments would quote on the high end, then come in lower, they could help break some of those stereotypes. Some food for thought. Well, they turned around and are refunding an hours worth of labor! THE RIGHT THING TO DO. They've earned a repeat customer!

Avoid purchasing any service agreement. They will become unresponsive when you need their support.

I was looking to purchase a Toyota Tacoma. Reviewed the website and listed was a 2018/2019 Tacoma. I inquired got a phone call from Brittanie set up an appointment to go to the dealership, ask for Gino, and take a test drive. My husband and I arrived at the dealership, walked in the door, woman at the desk, rudely asked why we were there. I advised of the appointment time, asked for Gino. She says "Are you trading a vehicle?" If so I need your registration before you can see the truck" Stupidly I complied. She went to look for the truck. My husband and I stood there while the 2 sales people at their desks turned their chairs around to avoid eye contact. She came back to the desk to tell me that my trade in has no value. 2015 Honda Civic with 81,000 miles. Then a guy came out of somewhere, didn't say his name, and says "The truck isn't here" I asked if it had been sold. He says "No, the truck is on its way from the state of Florida" Meanwhile I knew that the truck was on the website since November of 2022, and the price jumped $1,000 in 3 days.I said "why wasn't I told about the truck not being here, by Brittanie?" He says she works from home she wouldn't know. (makes no sense if she is scheduling appointments) Then I said "the price jumped $1,000 in 3 days" The guy says, "that's the market right now, that's what happens" He offered to call us when the truck arrived in NY" I said "nope we are done" and walked out. I ended up going to a Nissan Dealer up the road, and make a purchase there. Didn't need an appointment, was able to look at vehicles.STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE TOYOTA, KINGSTON NYBAIT AND SWITCHI have a complaint filed with NYSNeedless to say the truck was removed from the website within an hour of my leaving the dealership

The worst customer service I've ever had from a car dealership. Both in the service department and sales, they are rude and unhelpful. The only consistently knowledgeable and pleasant person was the salesman who sold me an electric Hyundai. When I asked for him to inquire why the electric charger the agency had installed was not available for owners of their cars, I was told it was just for the dealers and service department and that's why he was fired. When I complained about the lack of signs for the entrance to the service department and lack of information about the recall notice, I was told by the manager that I could trade elsewhere if I was unhappy. I asked if I needed an appointment to service the car as my dash notice said service was needed, I was told to ignore it. I am considering trading in this 7 month old Hyundai, which I like, for another brand just in order to get pleasant, reliable service, such as I always got at the Volks agency in Kingston.
