This by far THE cleanest and friendliest laundromat in our area or any other. This place has beautiful modern machines, with various sizes. The dryers are by far the least expensive. It all makes for a really stress-free environment to do laundry. Thank you for all the hard work to keep it so upscale Crew!

The new miserable lady working denied me to put my load in at 7:40pm even though they close at 9pm. Wash takes 22 minutes, drying takes 30 minutes, I would have had time to fold too. Thanks for ruining my day!

Beautiful, clean facility- however, not all of the staff act with integrity. Most of the people that work there are very friendly and kind. I’ve preferred this laundromat for about 1.5 years when I moved to the area. I go 3-4 times a month. During my last visit, I had to leave due to a family emergency while the clothes were still drying. I rushed back by 9pm closing time to grab all of my clothes and found there was melted candy from the vending machine in my hot clothes. I didn’t have time to address it so I left with soiled bed linens. In situations like this, there are so many ways to respond to a customer inconveniencing you. I will only return if I need to at this point, and I don’t trust the staff as I once did unfortunately. There are cameras in the facility, so hopefully this kind of behavior will be addressed with their staff.

When they first opened the place was spotless the attendant name was Deb. She was a hard worker. In 2022 they hired another attendant her name was Kim. She worked at big bubble that place was spotless once she left there the place changed. Kim

4th time today been there. 4th time clothes are damp after a full run drying time. Take clothes out and it's the same dampness ,4th wk in a row. It's my 4th time brining it to the attendent.All I keep getting, READ SLOWLY, "is well it doesn't dry well when the doors open" ,or some of the dryers are close to door opening, or ready ? It is very cold outside! Well, I lost it! I asked did you hear yourself and understand what you said and how you want me to accept that as your best answer?" I then said well this does zero for the customer ,but a huge plus for you and the owner as it makes people add more time. NOW, normally would need about 25 more mins . You must drop 3 .25's just to turn the dryer ON AND THE TIME COMES OUT TO BE JUST ABOUT A HOUR. NOT A WIN FOR THE CUSTOMER BUT ANOTHERV PLUS FOR THE OWNER. I get clothes to a table and fluff a little and put in the basket.The attendent comes back over to me and with phone to the ear,she states that she did speak to the owner and he just doesn't understand the problem. But will get to it on Monday . I said well that's good, I won't be back and FOR THE 4TH TIME ,still no compensation.She flew passed me as I stated I'm taking my damp clothes back to the laundramat I went to for years, they care about their machines and their customers. ANOTHER ISSUE with this place is if you bring in wet clothes to be dried but didn't wash ,you CAN NOT DRY YOUR CLOTHES THERE. POINT IS BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE .
