Always a professional staff, who work as quickly and politely as possible. The employees provide great direction for shipping options as well as great packing when needed. In an environment that many customers are ill prepared, rude and impatient, I am regularly impressed with the team’s patience and overall great customer service.

I had the UPS Store in Kingston pick up a piece I’d won at a local auction house, pack it, and ship it. The porcelain figure was very large and delicate, and they did a meticulous, multi-layered packing job—paying attention to every detail and double-boxing it before shipping. It was one of the most careful and conscientious packing jobs I’ve ever seen.

All the employers are very knowledgable and all are courteous. Most are friendly. The line usually goes quickly even when there are a lot of customers waiting.

I have been to many UPS stores and the one in Kingston, NY is outstanding. Everytime they show great patience, knowledge and overall great service. My visit yesterday was well outside of the box of normal, with so many issues and steps caused by the company that issued me a return label. The UPS person that handled my return walked me through the whole mess and successfully sent off my return.

If you want to experience the 9th circle of hell, come here on a Saturday. Line wrapped around the store, total lack of efficiency, manager nowhere to be found, no acknowledgment of waiting customers by employees.
