Miserable energy at this post office. Older woman that works there named Nancy had a bad attitude with me. You would think postal workers would appreciate the wonderfully quick QR scan and print feature with shipping packages but she gave off bad vibes from her body language to her tone when it was tasked to her.

If I could give them a minus I would. Starting with the manager who I spoke with regarding packages not being delivered to my apt and sadly the people in the villas are not honest to return package. Anyways I had multiple packages that I lost therefore I lost money. It's been more than a week still waiting for Brandon to call me so I have to loose another morning of work to go and find out where the incompetent post man is delivering my packages . These are the worst people I had ever dealt with. Either they need to hire people that take pride on what they do and actually be careful in reading the address correctly unlike the current employees attention span is 0. Or retrain everyone that delivers.BTW this is the one at Cornell st

Literally just spent 35+ min trying to get someone to pick up the damn phone there. Gave up and started drinking vodka and then proceeded to burn my eyeballs with a lit cigarette to ease the pain (kidding). Absolutely atrocious customer service. This is a Monday at 11am. I think usps just took the throne away from DMV. ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»

Although I received a confirmation email for my passport renewal, when I arrived, they said they didn't see an appointment for me. The rep was nice and assisted me anyway since they weren't busy. The entire process took about 15 minutes. I had a great experience renewing my passport at this location!

Mail has been lost, never delivered, stolen from, or even sent back to sender even though the address is valid. Worst post office ever. People do not even pick up the phone and when the phone finally picks up itβs a busy signal.Why canβt the carriers be from their respected post offices anymore?

Kingston NY Post office refuses to answer any phone calls to anyone who calls this is rediculous they ignore usps customers phone calls poor employees no star Iβm angry I can call throughout the week and nobody picks the phone up at this location action needs to be done

For some reason they keep sending my mail back to sender now and saying that there is not receptacle for delivering it...but the same MAILBOX is there that has always been. Maybe its a new post worker who cant see the mailbox because its on the road and not in front of the door? I am now running out of my prescription medication and still have not been able to receive it because of this. They also do not answer the phone, so I am going to drive 30 min into town in order to tell them I still have a mailbox...I want to believe in the postal system so much and I know it is under-staffed, but this is not good for people who get their medications in the mail and need the service to function.

I had a very distracted morning..I went in to the Kingston post office (smith street) to mail a priority letter and I put cash out $50 bill. To pay for the fees.. I was redirected to something else... It was my fault for not paying closer attention but as I counted my cash later I realized I was $50 short.. thanks to β Karen β I paid $50 more.. to send my priority letter.. lesson learned.. Iβll never bring cash again. Yes itβs my fault yes I should pay more attention but seriously you canβt let your guard down for second ..

Overall exactly great. We are from California and when nothing owing is given we have fought right out of Kingston for humane right that everybody wanted you to forfeit.
