The worst bank in America. Every month they get my SSI benefits and sit on it. Last month I got my benefits on April 29th which was a Saturday. I called and was told Social Services gave it to them on Saturday. Every one knows social services and Social security will not send money to any bank on Saturday, Sunday,nor any holidays. But this Muslim on the phone for 30 Minutes or longer trying to make me believe social services sent my benefits on a Saturday during the afternoon. They pray 10 times a day. But trying to convince me to believe a lie. A shame ? persint

Taylor, the bank manager, could not have been more helpful and kind. Having just moved from NC to VT, I found myself in need of a WF branch and drove 3.5 hours to get here. The teller was unable to help and I was going to fail in my quest, but Taylor stepped in and solved my issue. She is a highly professional manager who corrected what could have been a real problem for me. WF is lucky to have her running this branch.

Worst bank.. I should’ve left along time ago.. but as a customer for over 20 years and former employee I thought being loyal meant something but clearly it means nothing.. I asked for one simple task to be done and they made it the most difficult thing in the whole wide world for no reason. If you can’t do your job then let me know so I could’ve got my debit card somewhere else in the first place because that’s all I was asking for! This bank is a joke!

This has been my bank for years! It's always someone different every week I come so they don't get to know you, then the last 2 times I came they've been closed during normal business hours with no reason why no heads up no explanation! I'm at my limit, I'm switching banks to a more reliable one!!! And for those of us that don't have direct deposit driving 45 miles round trip to make a deposit just isn't worth it with a bank right around the corner from me! Time to open up a more convenient bank account at a better bank!!! I stayed loyal to Wells Fargo for 10 years!!!

With an appointment I came to know driving 40 miles that it’s closed. This is unprofessional Attitude at its height. No one bothered to inform me that branch is close , I emailed and then made the appointment with banker 3 days earlier.

I write this as a client by phone only, but working with Carlos and Ben has been absolutely a breeze. They worked tirelessly to get me the documentation I needed to close on my home in an expedited manner, even though corp. Wells was unable to help. They say local matters, and these guys put in the effort where it really counts, on the home front!

This bank is the absolute worst. While all the other local banks have opened their lobbies, this branch's lobby is closed. It has only one drive-up window and you must be in a vehicle to use it. People are not allowed to walk up to the window. The teller was unbelievably incompetent. We waited behind only one vehicle for almost 20 minutes. Once we got to the window, we waited for another ten minutes as she was unable to process the deposit, we asked if her supervisor could help. Eventually a supervisor came and processed the deposit in a few seconds.

0 stars! Made an appointment yesterday to get a bank check and upon arrival was told I had to go to the drive thru window, however if you don’t have a car apparently you can’t stand in the driveway for the drive thru window. Sounds like discrimination and shame on Wells Fargo for not being able to better accommodate your customers.

The ATM is always down, it makes it worse because this is the only Wells Fargo in Kingston so I’m always stuck getting charged to use other ATM’s. The hours are not convenient for people who work Monday through Friday. When I do get out of work early enough, no one is allowed inside, there’s a security guard outside directing you to the atm or the drive up wind that is always slammed. Considering switching banks because I can never actually use the bank

Another day where the ATM is down, no one can go into see a teller and the line for the drive up teller is an hour plus. This bank is terrible and have not prepared theirselves on how to help customers during this pandemic. As I sit in my car waiting, there are people angry because they were just told to go to another atm to get money. Those people have every right to be mad. This bank is terrible. I can't even close my account because I can never see a teller and calling the 800 number is pointless. I DONT recommend this bank.

I opened a new account at Wells Fargo and after three attempts over 60 days they still could not fully assist me with getting direct deposit initiated. They claimed they faxed my request then they claimed they ordered me checks and had them shipped. No fax received by my employer and no checks received. No bonus for me as deadlines will be missed:(. Worst bank ever. Closing account.

My mother had an original "power of attorney" document drawn up from her lawyer in order to deposit checks into her account with my fathers name on it. After waiting 25 mins. in line they wouldn't deposit the check!Our lawyer said that this should not have been an issue at all. She will close out her account and I will take her to my bank where we will be treated with courtesy!!! I give this bank 0 stars.
