Absolutely awful. They would miss weeks of pick up and then offer a refund for those weeks, but those never came. I canceled over two weeks ago (after nearly a month of no pick up) and I'm still waiting for my refund for the months in advance that they have you pay. I could never recommend them to anyone.

Perhaps the most costly of trash haulers, they're reliable for pickup and for notifications of schedule changes related to holidays (which are the only changes I've experienced). Since they're a large, maybe even national, company, it is difficult to get phone support.

Definitely recommend a waste management of Kingston. They are on time, they let you know of any delays of service and they’re very professional.

Excellent and timely professional service. Service people are great. Trucks are clean and well maintained. Containers are sturdy and well designed. Overall this is a superior service, even though it is more expensive.

While not the lowest priced thrash hauler, their service is excellent - trash goes INTO the truck, not on the ground. Pickup is quiet and timely. On rare occasions when pickup is to be delayed, an email arrives to explain the situation. The integrity and commitment to honor our contract is well worth the price.
