We got a flat tire on the 81 north heading back to Canada. Studers body shop went above and beyond to supply us with a brand new tire that we needed immediately and the service was great. Thank you for helping us Canucks when we were in need. Shout out to Jason who came to greet us and made us feel safe and well take care of by the side of the road.Service: Tires

Tom use to be a decent guy at this shop. Roger needs to retire and the lady behind the counter knows nothing on what’s going on. I brought a vehicle for inspection and it was a run around. I was not familiar with NY inspection so I asked a couple questions and Roger started giving me attitude on the phone, told me that if I brought it back he would just keep failing it and hung up the phone.

These people only care about money, double charging without telling customer, go in for oil change and making a mess under the hood so for days there is burning oil on my exhaust and drips of oil all over brand new paved driveway. Worst of it whoever drove my vehicle over there spread mud all over my door sill and carpet and i even have the weathertech floor mats and the mud was everywhere. Bottomline is they dont care about you just your money so if you want quality work you better go somewhere else.Service: Oil change
