I went in with a coolant leak, and they got me in a bay right away! (one brass fitting was too loose, and a rupture in one of the little copper veins inside the radiator screen) I wound up needing a new radiator.. The Mech (Charles) immediately, and correctly diagnosed the issues, and Same-day, I was in and out!! GREAT PEOPLE! GREAT SERVICE!!!

Fast service. Friendly staff. Take the time to inspect their work and report any other defective items so that they can be corrected before becoming a safety problem.

They are freight liner dealer but different in every wayYou come to a freight liner shop , you expect twice the normal charges plus long wait times and off course authoritative attitude. These guys have well equipped , all new facilityService department, parts department, Guest lounge with shower , restroom , kitchen and TV room .I was received well and in an 1.5 hrs I was out with a job well done . The price was actually fair ! They charged me exactly for the time they took to fix my fuel straps .Honestly , I recommend this shop . Simple , honest people

If possible I would give negative stars. I paid their Watertown location 1,700.00 plus dollars for repairs. 150 miles down the road 3 warning lights came on. I was sent to the Binghamton location who after looking at the truck charged me 324 dollars to fix nothing.. I will never do business with this company again and file a complaint with the better business Bureau

I called them on a Thursday gave them all my truck info and asked them if they work on KW. The ladie told me yes and there web page says they service all makes and models aswell. I dropped my truck off the following monday. I handed the keys to the ladie and left. A hour or so later I get a call from my brakedown department saying they dont work on KW. I called and the same ladie told me they dont aswell. WTF. So I ended up having my trailer and truck towed from there. They might be a good freightliner shop I dont know but I wouldn't recommend taking any other make there.
