“I ordered a "package" of checks, deposit slips, a deposit stamp and envelopes. The "Stamp" didn't show up on my on-line order, but I was able to work with the "chat feature" - and they did correct the order. I received everything perfectly and quickly. Will continue to order thru Check O Matic! I've been doing so for years with no issues.”

“I was sent wrong size product, different size from what was clearly indicated on my order I placed. their policy states not only does the customer have to pay return shipping, but their policy says " Your return will be subject to a 20-35% processing fee" ?!?”
