Don't count on them doing reliable package pick ups. I submit my requests online and my packages weren't picked up today which completely affects my business. My vehicle is in the shop and I don't normally use this service. These packages are customer orders! Highly disappointed.

I got a post office box, they never notify you for renewals. I'm out of the area so they give you the notice in the Po box not your email or contact info givin. Very disappointed
