I have known the owner of the company for a very long time, but that’s not why I decided to use RDM. My sister and I chose them because we had to part with our childhood home and many generational items handed down that are hard to part with. People get stuck on a number because things means something to them, but unfortunately, it’s not the reality of the market With that said,The staff was compassionate, knowledgeable, efficient, and their company policy made sense The most important thing was honesty because you were dealing with memories, possessions, and most of the time buyers have no idea about antiques and what to do with them. Everyone was professional, and the process was simple. Very rare to find in this day and age, so I highly recommend using them!!

We hired RDM restoration to do some work in our basement & attic. Mold removal, weather proofing, installation. They were reliable and professional during the entire job. Rich McHale was extremely professional and accessible during the entire process. Explaining everything Thoroughly and clearly. I would Recommend them to anyone. Had a great experience using RDM.

My father discovered he had mold in his attic. RDM was called. They came out right away, and gave him an estimate. They were hired and boy was my father happy! They were super neat, totally efficient and most of all… they came when they said they would. RDM even came in under budget! Love them guys. Would recommend them over and over again

Rich and his crew recently preformed mold remediation at my new property. The work was done professionally and ahead of schedule. RDMs quote was beyond fair and reasonable given the scope of work. I would highly recommend RDM for any mold remediation issues.

I had a fantastic experience with RDM from start to finish. My initial call with Teresa was smooth and professional, and the entire process was timely and efficient. I found RDM through the NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association), which upholds a higher standard of cleaning, codes, and ethics— and they absolutely delivered.
The team was professional, courteous, and thorough, cleaning all 20+ air ducts and returns in my home, including the dryer vent. They worked quickly yet meticulously, leaving everything neat and tidy. The entire process was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Midway through the project, the owner even stopped by to check on the team and ensure everything was running smoothly— an extra touch that truly impressed me.
RDM will be our go-to company for future cleanings and more. Highly recommend!

Since my my house in 2020 I’ve always had water coming into the basement. Any major rainstorm and I would have water problems. Rich came in and did a fantastic job and saving my basement from any more water. The past several rainstorms that we’ve had up in the area that have lasted multiple days, I have not had a single issue in my basement. I appreciate all of Rich’s hard work. RDM came in and did everything in a day and left it all clean.

Living 5 hours away and in another state from my Step-Mom, I was very stressed about the process of moving her to a new living facility in NY. Rich and Lisa and the crew from RDM were total angels and the solution for our needs! Time to pack was limited and tasks were many since Step-Mom was unable to handle any prep on her own. RDM arrived on-site to sort, organize and pack while working with me to develop a moving plan. They boxed and transferred our job within the same day. Once at the new facility, we all realized her new room was smaller than her prior room. Still, RDM was able to devise a solution and unpacked, organized, installed and set-up her belongings. They were kind, caring and compassionate people. They understood the emotions attached to tangibles and how to support the family through this difficult process of transferring an older person to a new home. From my experience, RIch and Lisa and RDM crew would manage any job the same - small or large - with superior efficiency and care for every one.

RDM move managers were awesome! They helped my family & I to downsize… from the donations, auctions, the junk removal, to the move….RDM did it all!!! Rich the owner is a Real Estate Agent w/Exit Realty and was able to sell our home above the asking price. A one stop shop… I highly recommend them!!!
