ZoMo Yoga is the greatest thing that came to the area. I first went to a workshop before classes officially started. It kicked my butt. I could barely move.. I didn’t want to come back…. It opened at the perfect time as I was in between yoga studios trying to find one to call my home. I decided to try the new student introductory offer. I figured it would get me to come back more than once. It worked, even though it kicked my butt. I came almost every day this past month. Som

ZoMo Yoga is the greatest thing that came to the area. I first went to a workshop before classes officially started. It kicked my butt. I could barely move.. I didn't want to come back.... It opened at the perfect time as I was in between yoga studios trying to find one to call my home. I decided to try the new student introductory offer. I figured it would get me to come back more than once. It worked, even though it kicked my butt. I came almost every day this past month. Sometimes two or three classes a day. I fell in love with yoga and the trapeze! The trapeze is so much more accessible than mat yoga, being able to go into deeper inversions and building more strength faster. Within days I've been noticing huge changes in my body that I was never able to achieve with a gym membership. Gravity yoga is all about trusting the trapeze and in doing so, you begin trusting you're own body. Since starting I have more confidence and trust in my body as I've ever had before from any yoga class. I've found a passion. I'm so happy I came back as I've found my home here at ZoMo. The community is great! Zosha is the best! I can't wait to see what the future has in store! My advice: stick with it. You'll see the full mental and physical transformation yourselves!

I can’t adequately express how much I loved this class! It was challenging yet relaxing at the same time! I’m not all that flexible but I was able to do each exercise even if not in its fullest form! I left with my body being fully worked, relaxed and energized! I can’t wait until the next class!

My friend and I were dying to try Aerial yoga, but don't want to travel so far. When we discovered this place was opening, we were more than excited to try it. Turns out, it's not really Aerial Yoga. It's trapeze yoga which is different. The owner explained the importance of introducing workshops for safety reasons and so people aren't lost. She was so right. There is a bit of a learning curve, but she was clear and concise and gave us each individualized attention during the workshop and time to practice entering inversions before class. Let's just say I was sore the next day in places I've never been sore. The class wasn't at all what I expected. We did a lot of core work, what she called posterior chain work, and long hold inversions. The hour class flew by because It was so much fun it didn't feel like exercise. After the workshop, I was thrilled to discover complimentary cucumber, lime and mint infused ice water and fresh fruit. Much needed and so appreciated after a hard workout. Very nice touch! The studio is beautiful, modern and industrial splashed with traditional yoga decor. We were given a considerable discount on our next workshop and we are planning to go again this weekend! This studio is exactly what this area needs and I can't wait until they open for classes.
