I needed a part with a time frame in place. These folks got the part in a matter of hours. I didn't need it for a day or two but the fact is if I did need it quickly I would have had it.

this is the best auto parts store I have ever been in and I'm 68 yrs old. The help is courteous and kind and honest. I recommend Car Quest in Lake George to everyone ,it's worth the ride.

I was visiting from Long Island when I had problems with one of my idler pulleys for my drive belt on my Linc. Navigator, I called and talked to Luke and he helped me not only with the part but whatever I needed. I couldn’t say enough good about this business they went over and above to help!!! I am in the business and it’s such a pleasure to find a place now a days that is as courteous as they were especially when I was in a jam !!! Thanks Guys really appreciate it!!!!
