So I love Carter clothes always have. Today at this store tells me I will NEVER shop in the store again. The manager was so disrespectful. I went in to purchase some stuff for my kiddos and when I went to check out I asked to use my husbands credit card. The manager then spoke up about how it has to be him because he and I had joked the day before that he couldn’t believe I made him do that. She spoke up in a very demeaning tone and repeated those words. It made me so uncomfortable and felt so disrespected. Don’t go to this store if you wanna joke around.

My car broke down 3 hours from home and 3 hours from the place I was going. My daughter and I walked in to waste some time while my husband came to our rescue. They gave my daughter coloring sheets, a dance party and friendly faces. They also helped us pick out some cute shoes for her.Thank you, Carters staff!!

Lots of great deals for the kids in your family. Many other great stores in the area too! Best advice, if you come into the Outlets from the South, be sure to park in a lot on the left and walk. It's a LOT easier to make a right to head South than trying to turn left!

Absolutely love this Lil Soda shop....has more varieties and flavors than any place in the area.. many candy choices as well....very tasty homemade gelato...lots of old pictures of advertisers. Brought back great childhood memories...definitely a place to see

If you hit Carter's when the sales are running this place is a younger kids dream store. They have such a good selection of really cute clothes for kids .

Do not consider getting a Carter's or OshKosh store credit card/account. They try to scam you into a "credit protection" service upon activation of the card (this is why they make you activate over the phone). And if you choose to go the store to make a payment on your account, they accept cash only - so says the clerk. They would not accept a check or debit card, like every other store seems to. I guess I can understand not accepting a debit card as I'm sure they are hit with a fee to process those, but why refuse checks? And here I thought cash was "dirty" during the Wuhan pandemic. I paid off the account with cash, never to use that card again and will probably never shop at Carters again either.

I was tired, but wanted to get some clothes for two new great grandchildren. I told the young clerk, I could buy more if she could help me. So, the marathon began! She helped me find what I wanted and the right sizes, and in 20 minutes I had 4 outfits for each child! I'd definitely go there again!!
