For the price not good. Doesn’t look functional. I ask them if they had a swimming pool they said yes and when we got there surprise no pool.very disappointed.Suggestion for the owner fixe up first and then do business. Your place is in bad shape.you don’t even have a proper Hotel signs

I got there & the pool has caution tape around it and its closed. Sheets hanging over the office windows. Had to call to check in, didnt have pillow cases he said they were on their way. So I gave the benefit of doubt, once I got to my room it stunk so bad like a musty sage burning smell. We opened the door and the window to try and air it out and decided to sit outside while we waited for it to air out. I went back in to check the beds and they had stains all over them, and the bathroom was dirty, everything (light switch included) was held together with duct tape. I walked back outside to a strange man standing out back of the office staring at me while he was smoking something. I put my kids back in the car, and told the office manager I couldn't stay there with the smell. He did give me my money back, so I will give him that. We were only there for a matter of 20 minutes before I left. Thankfully I found somewhere else to stay for the weekend.

No pool even though it was on the booking. Not a single towel left for us in the bathroom. Exposed electrical outlets, no outlet cover with wire nuts hanging out of the wall. Overall bad experience.

No pool site states pool. Near highway hear all noise from road. Rooms standard and clean. Very small sign on main building if not looking or coming from southbound will not see it.

Best experience I've ever had when it comes to service. From the office manager to the housekeeper. The manager was kind, patient, understanding, & all around awesome guy. The housekeeper gentleman was very nice, accommodating, & best of all took the time out of his day to play basketball with my son. He then introduced his son to mine & they had a blast at the arcade just down the road. My son made a friend & I'll always appreciate the kindness we received from The Countryside Inn.

Disgusting got the worst room ac was broken no microwave, bathroom was nasty , floors were dirty not cleaned or mopped

Checked in at 4pm but didn't have time to really inspect it. We were there for family function and were out all day. We got back late to go to bed. The tiny cabin we got was disgusting. No ventilation in the bathroom made the cabin stink, a very moldy musky smell. Moldy shower curtain, dirty/ horrible smelling towels. Bed comforter had stains all over it. Found a few hairs on the bed sheet. I wasn't going to post a review because it was only 1 night, but after I reached out to management with no response, I changed my mind. $140/ night. Never again.

I was coming back from Burlington, CT and just wanted to stop for the night. I managed to get the last available room. It was clean though dated, but TBH, I liked the retro/ throwback vibe it had. Nothing fancy, just what I needed to get some sleep and head back home. I think if you aren't looking for anything fancy, but want a decent place to stay, this is the place.
The owner and or desk person was very nice and friendly, a good start to any stay.

We have never been to lake george and was looking for a nice & affordable place to stay. We found the country side inn. The rooms are cute and comfortable. The beds were great. The room was clean. Its in an area where you are away from the crowds but close to everything. The staff was very nice. Check in was good & easy. Its very quiet and the area was clean. The internet works well. Everything in the room was clean (microwave & refrigerator). We will definitely go back to Lake George & stay at the Countryside Inn.

This is a small cabin. Nice Room though. The shower is small. Lamp Light flickering due to plug connection issue. Spectrum is used here. Got called from the owner of the property about what cabin number we in/ telling us that he left our cabin door open because his friends had an emergency and he need to take care of it. We have to call the owner or the manager to double check when he will be returning so we can check in and get the key. We went to tanger outlet /dinner located couple miles down the road after calling the owner/ manager. We went exploring and eat dinner while waiting for the owner/ manager of the motel to return back to the property office after addressing an emergency that his friend got into. Checking in the office with the key to the cabin after dinner. Father and son running this motel business. Get Wi-Fi password after checking with the key to the cabin# that they assigned you. You can go to aviation mall and have dinner at red lobster and get gas + more places. which is literally couple miles down the road if you check Google maps . Check Google Maps to see how far to get to the mall and outlet and I 87 highway and more.

Very local, cute cabins and cabin style rooms. Not luxury- clean cute and comfortable. On the outskirts but right down the street from the outlets. The place was spotless except for the bathroom mirror. That was the only negative, everything else was spotless. May have been a new to housekeeping person, not a huge deal. I totally plan on staying again, probably in the fall.

I accidentally booked the wrong night and Tariq was kind enough to honor it a night late. They're in the middle of renovations, but the rooms are mostly updated and very clean. Definitely worth the money in this busy tourist area. Thanks again for understanding Tariq.

The cabins are smaller and the sheets probably could have been washed a little better. But the service was great and was an amazing help even though we arrived late. Recommend for a good cheap cabin room that is close to everything in Lake George
