I stopped in last Saturday 9/13/2025. I was looking for something and nothing at the same time. I was greeted by Craig (I believe that was him name). He informed me of the sales and let me look around at my leisure. I decided to go for some jeans and shirt but after trying a few pair on, I just couldn’t get a fit that I loved. The whole time Craig (again I think that’s his name) was extremely patient and helpful. He made some good suggestions and also offered to order a pair they didn’t have in the store. The kindness and level of customer service is definitely a nice change of pace from the far too often lackluster experiences. I’m about a 35-40 minute drive from the store and from that experience alone as well as the other gentleman that was working with him, I’ll definitely drive out of my way to go back.

I had a very positive experience, the gentleman working there Stephen (or maybe it was Steven not sure of spelling) was friendly and helpful and took the time to make sure everything I was looking for was perfect- he was great! These experiences make me appreciate DXL for the outstanding service and hard to find sizes available- I will definitely be back!

Steven helped me and my cousin find an outfit for his mother's funeral. He was very sympathetic and actually remembered my aunt coming in often. His help took the stress off of our shoulders to find something that would fit him and be presentable to attend a funeral. Forever thankful and would recommend anyone to shop here !
