Consistently have to wait in drive through for 10 minutes just to be greeted by employees with attitude. Refuse to cash a check because of some rule that they made up because I was waiting till after they closed. The girl got the new manager who can’t handle being wrong or pressure and was very rude to me and walked away mid conversation while not talking to me in a nice tone or answering my questions directly. It’s a shame that they just hired all these new managers and employees who don’t belong anywhere near a bank they all have no clue what is going on… sadly closed one acount already plan on closing them all due to the continuing lack of caring and new employees who screw up my accounts.

The gentleman was very rude and disrespectful when I asked question why I can't draw the funds from a check that was drawn from that bank I even have a account with them very rude and on top of it shaking his hands and acting like a lunatic poor customer service went to another and it was taken care of

The review before mine: accurate. Claimed fraudulent activity on my account because my Latino grandfather from North Dakota was sending me a cashier's check. CLAIMED THE CHECK FROM CITY GATE BANK, FARGO NORTH DAKOTA WAS FAKE AND PART OF AN ONGOING SCAM. Not to mention they would not provide a by detail as to why. They could only tell me someone acquired my information from "Florida" (I've double checked my security so I'm sure it's impossible) and that my grandfathers name is suspicious. You mean, the very clearly "Spanish-ish oriented" name? No say in what I could do about my account "we have to close it because we cannot have that". Blocked me from my account multiple SELECTIVE times, for "suspicious activity" when I would choose to use ATMs in the past few years I've had this account. When I first acquired this account, they would even send me statements and charge for them, despite my opting out, choosing online statements instead.

Don't need a bank account for change the check into cash. Don't forget your ID.

This is my local bank and honestly we have never had a problem there in all the years we have been customers. The whole family holds accounts in this bank to include the business account. Thank you the staff in Lake George.

This bank (all the branches) absolutely suck. I've had nothing but terrible experience with them. I'd suggest you take your money to TD bank where the service is absolutely superb. If you ask anyone that has an account with this bank they'll tell you the same thing. Their customer service is garbage.
