We had a great experience. Our captain was very knowledgeable and friendly. Brought us to some great spots. Management team was so helpful in rescheduling our tour due to bad weather. Look forward to going back next year

We booked a pontoon boat for a bachelorette weekend and had the best dang time!!! Everyone we spoke to throughout the whole experience was so pleasant and accommodating, our captain Stephen was the best and knew just how to keep us entertained the whole time. Props to him for putting up with our rowdy crew, couldn’t say enough good things about our experience. From the cliff jumping, to anchoring for a swim and then tubing, there was endless opportunity for fun. Everyone could not stop talking about the boat ride being the best part of the weekend, HIGHLY recommended for anyone looking for a boat rental on Lake George!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Lake George Boat Charter's. The Captain, Conner, was exceptional. He gave us pointers on the best restaurants, places to get drinks, etc. Furthermore the booking staff were excellent and very accommodating. I had to modify my reservation a twice and they did it without hesitation. We will definitely use them again. It's no wonder why they book out so far. I strongly recommend making your reservations in advance, especially if you are going to do it on a weekend like Labor Day.

Captain Connor chartered 9 ladies around the beautiful lake. From start to finish we had a lovely time. Connor made sure all our requests were met with a smile and fully knowledgeable of the area. Wide spread of activities! 100% Would recommend this full service company.

Delayed from 3 pm to 4 pm which was fine then at 4:30 pm received a called that they had to cancelled due to short staff which is Unacceptable the day of. we were waiting on the beach for over 2 hours. A big waste of time.

I booked a 4-hour boat tour with my group in April 2024 for July 15th. Despite making the reservation well in advance, the company failed to honor it and canceled at the last minute. Their excuses were utterly unacceptable: they claimed to be short-staffed and blamed the weather, even though the weather was perfect—clear skies and temperatures above 30°C throughout our entire stay. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs.

From start to finish the charter was amazing. Connor was our guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. He was always aware of what was going on around us in the lake. Felt very comfortable on the boat. Connor made it a fun experience for all us from kids to adults.

Last week, my family and I had a reservation for a charter boat with Captain Chase! He was very friendly, and very knowledgeable of Lake George history and provided us with a great excursion experience! In the past we had rented boats from another Boat rental place but the service was god awful…We’re glad we decided to go with Lake George Boart Charter rentals this time! We will be back next year for sure!

What a well run business. Met Riley and part of the team who were able to juggle some things in their schedule to for a last minute decision to rent one of their boats. Captain Ty was a nice young man who was very experienced and extremely professional. He gave us a lake tour, showed us some cool cliff jumping spots, and also had plenty of time for some tubing for everyone. He was an incredible captain and always had his eyes on other boaters to ensure the safety of our group tubing. Depending on the weather, we may rent again as everyone had a great time. As part of my brother’s bachelor party weekend in mid-September, we decided to rent their Aqua Patio Pontoon for the afternoon. However, after speaking with the owners and staff, we went for renting time on their Cobalt with a Captain instead and this was a GREAT decision. Our captain was Kristen Levenson and we loved having her take us around. She knew the spots to go to, like cliff jumping, we were able to swim in the lake and just had a great time on the water with her. Having a Captain just made it better for all the guys to enjoy the time on the boat and the food & drink we were able to bring on board. All the guys in our group loved having her as our captain and she made it a great experience. I also have to say that working with the owners, Susan and Jon Brodie and their staff Jennifer was just an overall great experience. I had several conversations with them when I was trying to figure out ideas on what to do during the weekend on the Lake and they were just great in helping me put this together. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone trying to plan something on the Lake and am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

What a great experience! It was easy to book with Jennifer in their office--she was very helpful over the phone. There were six of us on the boat, plus our Captain--Alex. We took a sunset cruise and Alex did a great job of navigating the lake traffic and boat wakes to give us an extremely smooth ride.He was also very friendly and professional, providing us with information about the lake and its surroundings. I won't "steal his thunder," but he even brought us by a few scenic spots we never would have found on our own.The boat was beautiful and in great shape. There was plenty of room for us all and everyone had a great time. I'd definitely charter a boat there again. If you do, make sure to ask for Alex!
