I was i your store on a girls trip recently. The ladies that helped us with our purchases were amazing. We were there late morning / early afternoon on Friday 12/15/23 & i had just fallen by the Columbia store on some ice and they ladies in your store helped me out with bandaids and offered to call someone if i needed them to but i was fine ,just a little cut up and sore. They didnt have to help but they were incredibly accommodating!!!!! We bought some things and ordered somethings and i so wish you were closer to my home because i felt like i was being helped by old friends. We come every year & shopped there twice now and had great experiences each time. Thank you !!!!!

The staff is great! They greet me by name, let me know the newest sales and have my online order ready when I arrive. Plus the store is always in tiptop shape! They are awesome.
